My summer experience
I really liked the hotel, it's a beautiful place close to the sea and the staff is very friendly, there is a program in the hotel area, very nice, I recommend the hotel
Unsafe Experience
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Our stay was completely ruined after we were robbed by a member of the cleaning service. We immediately reported the incident to Guest Relations, but it was treated very dismissively. We received no compensation and, most importantly, did not feel that the hotel took the situation seriously.
After this experience, we were so uncomfortable that we preferred not to use the cleaning service at all for the rest of our stay. It is extremely disappointing to pay for a hotel and then feel that you cannot trust the staff with your personal belongings.
There was also another unpleasant experience at reception. The receptionists were quite pushy about tips, even when simply providing basic information or assistance. We found this very inappropriate and uncomfortable.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the hotel’s response to the theft. Accidents can happen, but the way a serious incident involving a guest’s belongings is handled says a lot about the hotel.
Unfortunately, this experience completely overshadowed our trip. We would not return and cannot recommend this hotel.
