LOCATION: The hotel situated directly on the sand/gravel beach and in the locality Avsallar, which is reachable in a few minutes on foot. Here are many shopping and entertainment facilities available ( shops, boutiques, markets, bars, etc. ). The main street can be crossed by a footbridge, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The distance to Alanya city center is 25 km. Alanya with its many shopping and entertainment facilities is available from the hotel by a private taxi or public transportation. The distance to the international airport of Antalya is approx. 95 km and to the Antalya city center approx. 105 km. BUILDING: The hotel consists of one six-storied main building and seven three-storied annex building. The hotel has totally 124 rooms. The hotel offers to its guest's reception, lobby, TV corner, main restaurant, 2 bars (1 x Lobby Bar, 1 x Garden Bar), fitness room, SPA area, diverse shops, hair dresser and during the day soft animation. Also there is 1 swimming pool, sun beds, umbrellas and beach towels on the beach and pool are free of charge and mattresses extra, 1 paddling pool for children (separated), children' s playground. Car park is against charge. ROOMS: The rooms in the main and annex building are decorated with stone tiles, bath or shower/WC, hair dryer, telephone, satellite TV, mini bar (will be filled on arrival with water), safe (extra), air conditioner (individual adjustable), balcony.

Small but perfectly formed
Myself and my wife and daughter visited here in August. We were blown away. Rooms adequate. Food more than acceptable. Location great. STAFF FANTASTIC If you want to relax with 5* service this is the place Nedim Klitat Ahmet Mustafa Sait Borok, Ahmet Besli Sinek, Muhammet. You were all brilliant. We are definitely coming back as you all made us feel like royalty. To the manager, congratulations on your recruitment. See you next year, thank you
Overall good, but with some downsides
We visited the hotel as a family in June. Pros:
- Room was nice and clean, and cleaning ladies were doing their job perfectly!
- Food was very delicious and always fresh
Cons:
- Restaurant and their staff... They have 6 baby chairs, 3 of them without straps and 1 broken, so there are 2 chairs left, while it costs less than 20 eu to replace them.. Baby chairs were also NEVER cleaned, each time we came to eat, baby chair was totally dirty. This is unacceptable. Many times we also found food on the floor from previous day, which means nobody really cares for restaurant floor to be cleaned properly.. Waiters are nice to you expecting tips, if you give tip one day and not the next day, they will literally ignore you for the rest of your stay..
- All the sunbeds on the beach and by the pood were reserved before 6 in the morning - while I know this is somehow normal for all inclusive hotels, I think it really shouldn't be allowed
- There was very loud music late at night from the hotels around, so if you seek quiet vacation - this area is probably not for you
Overall not such a bad experience, but we wouldn't choose this hotel again..
Great location but has MANY issues
The location is great and the rooms are spacious but there are many problems with this hotel.
Let’s start with the entertainment. They are absolutely BLASTING music to at least midnight every night and there is absolutely no escaping it. The daytime entertainment isn’t great, so if you’re looking for things to do outside of going to the beach or the pool, good luck.
The food is okay. Breakfast is very lacklustre with no meat dishes and the dinner options are somewhat limited. I will say that wait staff are remarkable and I cannot fault them.
The hotel is also a very popular destination for Germans who were EXTREMELY rude.
We had to ask for our room to be cleaned twice and the reception team couldn’t really care less about anything you raise with them.
There were some great things about this hotel but the points above are just some of the reasons why we will not be coming back.
Unforgettable holiday.
We visited Incekum Su Hotel in July 2025 for a 10-day holiday and were truly impressed from the moment we arrived. Housekeeping was outstanding — everything was exceptionally clean, tidy, and fresh. The entire hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden filled with colourful plants, creating a relaxing and vibrant atmosphere. The food was freshly prepared every day, both visually appealing and absolutely delicious. The hotel's atmosphere was warm and friendly throughout. Staff members — including the owner — were professional, helpful, and genuinely kind. We’d like to extend a special thank you to Aiden, the hotel’s animator. Our son Alexander was delighted from morning to night, enjoying daily games and entertainment, and ending his evenings with the kids’ disco. Aiden’s positive energy and kindness made him a favourite among all the children — thank you again! All the staff were polite and welcoming, and we’d especially like to thank Nursell and Burak. You are two of the most cheerful people we’ve ever met, and your radiant positivity uplifted everyone around you. We highly recommend Incekum Su Hotel to families seeking an unforgettable, joyful holiday experience.
Fantastic family holiday, exceeded expectations!
After reading some of the negative reviews before our trip, we were admittedly a bit apprehensive. However, we’re so glad we went ahead with it – our holiday turned out to be absolutely fantastic!
We travelled as a family of six, including a child and a toddler, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful and always willing to assist with a smile, which made a big difference, especially with little ones in tow.
The location was stunning – perfect for both relaxation and exploring. While there wasn’t a huge variety of food options, everything was freshly cooked and genuinely delicious. You could taste the quality in every meal.
Our rooms were cleaned regularly and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of our stay.
All in all, it was a wonderful holiday that exceeded our expectations. Don’t let the negative reviews put you off – we had a great time and would definitely return!
