Beautiful holiday
Our Wonderful Stay at Granada Luxury Beach Avsallar
We had a really wonderful experience at Granada Luxury Beach Avsallar, and I genuinely have nothing negative to say about our stay. In fact, I am very happy to leave this feedback because the hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways.
Room
Our room was very comfortable, clean and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Housekeeping was good and we always felt comfortable returning to our room after a long day by the pool or beach.
Food & Drinks
The food was one of the highlights of our stay. Every day there was a great variety, with freshly prepared food and different options to choose from. We really appreciated that the food never felt repetitive and that there was always something new and enjoyable to try.
The drinks and overall food service were also very good. We were impressed with the quality and the effort put into making sure guests had plenty of choice throughout the day.
Staff & Service
The staff deserve a special mention because they really made our holiday even more enjoyable.
Elizaveta from Guest Relations was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was extremely helpful, polite, kind and professional. She always made us feel that our questions and concerns mattered, and she was genuinely interested in helping guests.
Seda from Guest Relations also deserves a big thank you. When I had an issue, she dealt with it promptly and professionally. I really appreciated how quickly she took care of the situation.
And a very special thank you to Umut, our waiter. He served us throughout our 7-day stay and was always polite, friendly, attentive and genuinely nice. His service was excellent from the first day until the last. Thank you, Umut, for your best service and for making us feel so welcome!
Pool & Beach
The pool and beach areas were excellent. Everything was well organised and there was a great atmosphere throughout the day.
I especially want to mention the lifeguards. I honestly have so many good things to say about them. They were incredibly attentive and responsible and constantly kept their eyes on the guests in the pool. You could clearly see that they took their job very seriously and were always watching carefully, particularly when there were children around.
As a parent, this gave me a great feeling of reassurance. A huge thank you to all the lifeguards for being so attentive and for doing such an important job so well.
Activities & Entertainment
There was always something happening, so it was difficult to get bored. We really enjoyed the activities and entertainment, and I particularly liked the activities organised inside the pool.
There was a good variety of things to do during the day, and the entertainment helped create a fun and enjoyable holiday atmosphere.
Cleanliness & Maintenance
I honestly cannot make a negative comment about the cleanliness or maintenance of the hotel. Everything we experienced was clean, comfortable and well looked after.
A Special Thank You From Our Family
One of the things that touched us most was how comfortable our 2-year-old daughter Melissa felt at the hotel.
Melissa was treated with so much kindness and warmth that it genuinely felt like everyone had adopted her as their own little daughter. 😅❤️ She especially loved being around the pool and, as you can imagine, she did NOT want to come out of the pool!
The staff were so lovely with her, played with her and always showed her attention and affection. Seeing our daughter so happy and comfortable made our holiday even more special.
For us, that means a lot. When you travel with children, you remember the places where your children feel happy, safe and welcomed.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I genuinely do not have a bad review to leave. I am being completely honest when I say that I was really happy with both the hotel and the staff.
I have visited quite a few hotels before, and unfortunately, I have not always left feeling positive enough to write a review like this. Granada Luxury Beach Avsallar was different.
If you visit this hotel once, I think you will understand exactly what I mean. The atmosphere, the service, the food, the facilities and, most importantly, the people working there all come together to make the experience special.
A hotel can have beautiful rooms and facilities, but it is the people who work there who can truly make you feel welcome. The staff at Granada Luxury Beach Avsallar did exactly that for our family.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to our wonderful 7-day holiday. We left with happy memories, and most importantly, with a very happy little girl. ❤️

Opinia: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Granada Luxury Beach. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, modern and very clean, with amazing pools and a lovely beach.
The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and always smiling. We especially appreciated their kindness and professionalism – they made us feel very welcome throughout our entire stay.
The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes, and there was always something tasty to choose from. Our room was comfortable, spacious and very clean.
We spent a fantastic holiday here in October 2025 and honestly did not want to leave. It was a relaxing and unforgettable experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday in Turkey.

Granada Luxury Hotel — An Amazing Stay
We had an absolutely amazing time at Granada Luxury Hotel in Turkey! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful, clean and well-maintained the hotel is. But what really made our stay special was the incredible staff and customer service. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. ❤️ We booked the VIP Pavilion, and the lovely ladies from Guest Relations who arranged everything for us were absolutely wonderful. They were so kind, attentive and helpful throughout, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. A huge shout-out to the bar staff, who were absolutely amazing! 🍹 They kept us entertained with different delicious cocktails throughout the day and were always smiling and friendly. A special thank you to Muhammet from the Pier Bar — he was fantastic and gave us such great service. Nothing was ever too much trouble! The Spa team also deserve a very special mention. They gave us a fantastic offer for massages, and honestly, the massages were incredible! 💆♀️ A huge thank you to Sehan, Sheila and all the spa staff for making our experience so relaxing and enjoyable. You were all brilliant! And we can’t forget the entertainment team! 🎉 They were so lovely and we had so much fun with them throughout our stay. A huge shout-out to Okan, Sam and Sonja, who kept us laughing, smiling and enjoying every moment. You made our holiday even more memorable! We also want to thank all the restaurant staff, waiters, pool and beach staff, housekeeping team and everyone behind the scenes. Your friendliness, hard work and attention to detail really do make a difference. Granada Luxury is a beautiful hotel, but it’s the people who work there who truly make it special. ❤️ We had such a wonderful holiday and created some amazing memories.
