We had an amazing stay at the hotel! Everything was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They always made us feel comfortable and looked after.
A special mention to the massage manager and the massage staff, who were absolutely lovely and provided such a great experience. They were professional, friendly and made us feel very relaxed.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily come back again! ❤️

Everything was very good! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time and gained lots of new experiences. The atmosphere was great, and everything was well organized. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
A wonderful family experience – exceptional gluten-free care at Granada Luxury Beach
We stayed at Granada Luxury Beach from August 17–24, 2026, and our experience was truly wonderful.
We chose this hotel because our travel agency told us that gluten-free meals could be provided. This was extremely important for our family, as our eldest son has celiac disease. Naturally, we arrived with some concerns about whether he would be able to eat safely throughout our holiday.
Those concerns disappeared very quickly, thanks to Mrs. Sibel Adali, who introduced us to Chef Duygu Sahin.
From our very first conversation, Chef Duygu made us feel completely safe and cared for. She explained carefully how she would prepare my son's meals and paid exceptional attention to the risk of cross-contamination. Throughout our entire stay, she prepared delicious gluten-free meals for him with remarkable professionalism, creativity, and genuine kindness.
The food was not simply "gluten-free" — it was beautifully prepared, varied, delicious and made with obvious care. Even on days when Chef Duygu was not working, she made sure that everything was prepared in advance for my son.
Most importantly, my son had no adverse reactions whatsoever during our entire stay. For a family living with celiac disease, that means much more than I can put into words. It allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday without constantly worrying about food.
I would especially like to thank Chef Duygu Sahin and Mrs. Sibel Adali for making such a difference to our family. Their professionalism and kindness were exceptional.
I also believe Granada Luxury Beach has a fantastic opportunity here. Families dealing with celiac disease often struggle to find hotels where they can genuinely feel safe. In our experience, Chef Duygu's expertise in gluten-free cooking is something the hotel should proudly promote through travel agencies and online platforms.
As a family, we have travelled specifically to hotels offering gluten-free facilities before, and we know how difficult—and expensive—it can be to find a truly suitable place. Granada Luxury Beach gave us an experience that exceeded our expectations.
As for the hotel itself, we were extremely happy and have absolutely no complaints. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.
