An Unforgettable Stay with Outstanding Service!
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Granada Beach and can highly recommend this hotel!
From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A very special thank you to Miriam at the coffee bar, who always greeted us with a smile and provided outstanding service. Her warmth and positive attitude made every visit even more enjoyable.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Umut in the main restaurant, who provided the best service we could have asked for. He was always attentive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure guests had a wonderful experience. Staff members like him truly make a difference and contribute to unforgettable memories.
The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and all common areas were spotless and inviting. The food was also outstanding—delicious, varied, and with plenty of options to suit every taste every day.
What impressed us the most was the genuine care and kindness shown by all the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests had a wonderful holiday.

Great staff, delicious food. Loud music and a fight everyday for sun loungers
Granada Luxury Beach is a lovely hotel. Really clean, and has friendly staff. Facilities are great, though we were informed that the Turkish Bath wasn’t all inclusive when we wanted to use it, even though it had been advertised as that. The food is lovely, entertainment is a bit mediocre but the animation team are brilliant with kids (we went with my sister, who is a 4 year old).
Sun loungers were reserved at a ridiculous time in the morning then not used all day; management/staff made no effort to remove towels from them when they weren’t being used - despite us complaining about it a few times during our stay.
The music played around the pool was far too loud at all times. I understand it is a kids friendly resort, but I personally like to lay by the pool (after fighting for a sun lounger) and be able to hear myself think. And then when activities were on - like water polo, or aqua aerobics, they turned it up more. Far, far too loud.
The rooms were clean, and the air con in them was amazing. One of our party was celebrating a birthday while we were there, and the hotel went out of their way and decorated their room without us even having to inform them.
Bit of a pain that it’s so far from Antalya airport as well, but that can’t be helped.
I would stay again, but only if I was travelling with family. I prefer a quieter environment.
