Granada Luxury Beach

Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with the jacuzzi at this hotel. The water temperature is only around 27–28°C, which feels quite cold and, in our opinion, is not what you would expect from a jacuzzi designed for relaxation.

We reported the issue to reception, but unfortunately the hotel insists that 27°C is the correct temperature and that they will not increase it.

We understand that every hotel may have its own settings, but guests should be clearly informed if the jacuzzi is maintained at such a low temperature. If you are expecting a warm, relaxing jacuzzi experience, 27°C is simply too cold.

What disappointed us most was the response from the hotel after we raised the issue. Rather than trying to find a solution, we were simply told that this is how it is supposed to be.

If you are booking this hotel specifically because it has a jacuzzi, be aware that the water may be maintained at around 27°C, so don’t expect a warm jacuzzi experience.

Granada Luxury Beach is our home away from home in Turkey. We’ve been staying at Granada Luxury Beach more than once — we’ve been coming here since 2024, and this is our third visit. And you know what? The hotel still holds up its end of the bargain, and that makes us incredibly happy. They already know us here. At the reception, we’re greeted like close friends, and we get our room very quickly — no waiting, no fuss. The rooms are always clean and very comfortable, and we always get a side room with a sea view — you wake up, open the balcony, and there’s the azure expanse. What could be better? The food is beyond praise. Red fish, shrimp, crayfish, meat to suit any taste, desserts — there’s a huge variety. Every time you discover something new, and you never even think that something is missing. The service is excellent. The staff’s attitude towards guests is excellent — sincere, warm, and attentive. We would especially like to express our gratitude to the head chefs, Duig and Farhat. They are true professionals in their field. We also express our gratitude to the restaurant staff: Stephanie and Julie. They put a lot of effort into their work, always smile, and are kind and lovely. It’s a pleasure to see such smiling faces. We also express our immense gratitude to the guest services department — Christina and Elizaveta — as well as to the reception staff. They always try to help and answer all the guests’ questions. They can find an approach to each guest so that the guests remain satisfied. It’s because of such staff that you want to come back. To be honest, we’ve never considered other hotels — neither neighboring ones nor those in other cities. The Granada Luxury Beach service fully meets our needs. We don’t even want to write about what could be improved — everything is top‑notch. If there are any downsides, they’re not critical. We always recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances. And although there are hotels of a higher level, you want to come back here again and again. Thank you for another unforgettable vacation! See you! 🌊☀️

Disappointing for families with young children

I’ve used TripAdvisor for around two decades. I’ve always found the reviews useful, but felt strongly enough about this stay to write my first.

On our first day, we contacted easyJet holidays because we realised the hotel did not offer the family environment we expected. We asked to move and offered to pay additional charges. We were told we would need to pay the full cost of another stay. We found the response extremely disappointing and would not book through them again.

In my opinion, this hotel is poorly suited to families with children, particularly younger children. The kids’ club supervisor is lovely, but during our stay there were no organised activities—just a room children could spend time in. It offered little to engage our five-year-old.

Daytime animation was virtually non-existent. We saw two entertainers make brief appearances before the evening shows, but could find no displayed programme of daily activities or nightly entertainment. The evening shows themselves were enjoyable and a highlight.

The pools were also disappointing for our son. There is a very small toddler splash pool, roughly 3m by 3m, and two slides, but he refused to use them because they finish in water that felt too deep for him.

The rooms were absolutely fine and the food generally reasonable. However, the children’s mini buffet offered the same limited selection every evening: nuggets, meatballs, chips, boiled potatoes and carrots. Some variety would have made a considerable difference.

Adult couples may enjoy this hotel, but I would not recommend it for families seeking organised activities and suitable facilities for children. For us, the 1½–2-hour transfer from Antalya Airport added to the disappointment. We wish we had chosen a hotel closer to the airport with a stronger family offering.
