The most wonderful place for a vacation!
We are visiting this hotel for the sixth time; it is our chosen destination for our October vacation. It is a wonderful hotel with every amenity—a very clean, cozy, and beautiful place. The food, beach, service, location, and attitude towards guests are all of a very high standard. The entertainment and animation programs are excellent. They have never disappointed us in six consecutive years; on the contrary, we always leave highly satisfied with our stay and intending to return the following year. We are here right now, and everything is wonderful. We thank the entire staff for their care and attention; they are truly dedicated and hardworking people. They clearly do everything from the heart and know exactly how to win over their guests. Congratulations!

Azura deluxe
I really liked the hotel; the beach was excellent, with a very convenient pier for swimming and sunbathing, and I really enjoyed the food at the à la carte restaurant.
Money was stolen from our locked safe
Money was stolen from a locked safe. There was $2,000 inside, but on the day of departure, $800 was missing. So much for "Turkish hospitality" - you can't even feel safe or secure about your own belongings. When I asked about calling the police, reception staff claimed the police wouldn't let us leave in time for our flight. That is likely the calculation: that no one will fight it all the way, because new charter flight tickets in my case would cost far more than the $800 that was stolen. They promise to check the security cameras, but what’s the point when the cleaning staff parks a huge cart right in front of the doorway? One worker stands guard in the hallway while the other is inside. Do yourself a favor - save your money and your vacation. Choose a different hotel

Good hotel and food, personal is friendly and always help if you need. Really friendly is Carlos.
Clean and pleasant, but too much smoking
The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are polite and friendly. I would say it is more suitable for older guests. The hotel grounds are quite small, but there is a pier.
The biggest downside for me was the smoking. I have never seen a hotel where smoking seems to be allowed almost everywhere. There are night shows, but people smoke throughout the entire show, with children sitting nearby, so you end up having to sit in cigarette smoke. The same applies to the outdoor terrace of the main restaurant. I’m not sure whether there is supposed to be a separate smoking and non-smoking area, but there seems to be no control at all. You can sit on one side or the other, and ashtrays are everywhere. Because of this, it was impossible for us to enjoy breakfast or dinner outside.
I also would have liked to see more Turkish authenticity. The music was almost entirely Russian.
However, if these things don’t bother you, you may still enjoy the hotel.
