Don’t book this hotel
This hotel is not for teenagers, naked men on the beach (not very nice to look at when with a 13 year old girl) this certainly is not a hotel for teenagers. It’s certainly not a 5 star hotel either. Breakfast was awful to say the least. We was met by the rep the following morning who is not a love holidays rep. He told us he was getting hold of love holidays (which I now find out he didn’t) I was taken to a bank to withdraw money for my hotel to be changed. Love holidays was not aware of our change. Don’t fool for this hotel like I did. Very small hotel, not for children awful food stay away don’t book
Great holiday
Currently writing this as we wait for our transfer to the airport after a fantastic weeks stay.
We arrived late at night and were promptly checked in and taken up to our room which was in C block. We weren't aware there was another block to the hotel, through a tunnel under the main road. However we were very pleasantly surprised on arrival. The room was very spacious, came with a stock of juice and water in the fridge and everything you need in the room. Our daughter shared a room with us but her bed was technically in a separate room within the room. Room was cleaned daily and fridge restocked. There is no WiFi in the rooms and we were €36 for 3 of us to have it for the week. We couldn't get air conditioning to work but its not too hot here yet so opening balcony door was enough. The hotel is between Side and alanya but both easily reachable by bus. The hotel is lovely and clean, staff are always very well presented and always say good morning/afternoon as they pass. The food was lovely, always a great choice on offer. Could be doing with being a wee bit hotter but overall its all very delicious. Great selection of cakes. Only thing I would like to have seen was some ice cream on offer at meal times. Right on the beach which is very clean. Plenty of sun loungers on beach and at pool. Pool inside and out is very well kept. We had a small issue with the toilet in our room and it was fixed very quickly.
Lovely holiday and really enjoyed our stay. Will absolutley recommend to friends/family

If you’re English don’t go.
The hotel itself is not a 5 star at all I’ve stayed in better 3-4 stars, staff not exactly helpful however there were a couple of very helpful staff members, restaurant staff are rude and will just lean across you whilst your eating to take plates and cups and if you even think about getting up for even a second to get yourself a drink or some more food you’ll come back to an empty table and quite possibly people sitting at the table you were using.
Building work in the hotel past February the 6th despite them telling people it would be over by then it was still very much in full swing, spa was being plastered and painted and had rubbish all over the floor and thy still continued to operate the spa.
Pools are in a poor condition and are definitely old and need renovating as tiles were falling off and were all over the pool floor.
Rooms are standard nothing special and seems to have various bodge jobs maintenance wise and it’s very poor, taps hanging off, plugs missing or just left there not being fixed.
Noisy air conditioner despite telling multiple staff members about it yet nothing was done and they didn’t seem interested in getting it fixed.
Paid for the laundry service and received wet clothes back in return. Ridiculous.
The hotel is certainly not meant for any English folk and they need to make it clear that it’s mainly a German and Russian hotel as all entertainment is in German, pricing, and signs.
No idea how they go 5 stars but somebody certainly needs to bring it down to a 3 as that’s what it deserves.
I don't believe the hotel deserves 5 stars though there were many good points.
First I have to say staff are excellent and couldn't do enough for you, all very neat and smart apart from the guy who seems to oversee the restraunt, always wore a fleece and seemed to me to be out of place and quite untidy for a supposed 5 star restraunt, he didn't acknowledge my existence until the last morning when he greeted me. I don't believe the hotel warrants 5 stars, much of the maintenance is very poor and certainly the quality of my bedroom left a lot to be desired. On the Plus side, the fridge in the room was replenished daily with still and sparkling water, coke and fanta. One minor irritant, I can only assume cleaner wiped mugs etc with a soapy cloth, I had to wash out teacups regularly as all I could taste was soap when I had a cup of tea, a small point but very annoyning. Other the that housekeeping were on the ball, even floor was washed mid week of holiday. I would commend that.
Holiday rep, well, he wanted to sell trips and when I wasn't interested his price dropped, I eventually took the Hamam and wish I hadn't because I was victim to upselling big style, I think I'll never trust another holiday rep.
Overall the food was very good, fish hit or a miss, often overcooked and I am a lover of any fish, sea or fresh water and know how it should be cooked and served. Sea Bream was delicious.
I did use the sauna once and again when I didn't show an interest in the Hamam, the price dropped and 'special price offers' were introduced rapidly.
An item of concern to me, I am not the most mobile and the hotel is a bit out of th eway from shops, I was told shops in main town were mainly closed due to off season, so other option was a good 14 - 15 minute walk for someone fit, there were shops clearly used buy locals and most had prices on shelves, Wednesday was market day and I thorioughly enjoued a couple of hours browsing and chatting with stall holders, everyone was amazingly polite, friendly and kind, I had a bit of a cold and two different vendors gave me a cup of their tea rememedy. I bought my teas from the one with the better remedy. I have been in many Turkish markets but this although on the smaller side I found it excellent in every way.

The hotel is fabulous set on the beach front. How ever it's far from alanya centre. You can catch a bus which takes 40/45 minutes. Food is amazing no complaints. The only thing is that flu is going around. People are braking with coughing that's to do with the lobby and the air-conditioning that is set on too high a temperature. Needs addressing amediatly.
