Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
This isn’t a five stars hotel, this isn’t a resort, this is a budget hotel sold as a five-stars inclusive ultra all inclusive resort. Pure scam.
The rooms, food, facilities and services are exactly those of a 3 stars, i may add " a bad 3 stars" Do not come with kids to this place: Except for the water sliders, the other options, which are limited, aren’t included = you have to pay. For kids, even popcorn and sugar candy nearby the show stage aren't included and the prices were in euros. The only part which may suit for kids is the beach: sandy. Apart from that, don’t consider it an option for your holidays.
The place is barely a three-stars with dated, small rooms. Noise isolation is a problem, and based on the limited area it occupies, all the rooms face a different type of noise: the road, the small “zoo” with its occupants, the extractors from the canteen, the music from the shows of the place and nearby resorts. Talking of which, note there are nearby options by the same price, or lower prices: Gold Island, Lonicera, Alaiye Resort just to mention two which I compared rates to and to my surprise this rotten place is more expensive. Nonsense
In our room, for example, we have a leak from the sink (room 2313), which was reported 30 minutes after we checked in. Two days passed by and we were told someone would come. The third day we were told “The plumber fixed it” and , guess what… the same water under the sink, and near the toilet so our feet were always wet. No fixing, no nothing and at the reception they take note, as if to do something.. They dont care! You already paid...Whatever… Room service isn’t the best either: for three days the balcony and the corner with the single room was not touched by the maid. Mold in the bathroom, and a really annoying, whining sound after flushing will be heard every time you use your toilet.
The canteen - don’t dare to think there is a restaurant, is huge and yes food isn’t the problem. You’d get always something to eat. Don’t expect exquisite food or taste. Super standard food. The problem is the crowds and to get a table to “enjoy” your meals. Important notice, in case you decide to wait then you'll seat in dirty tables and no clean cutlery available. Disgusting, frustrating and shows the ultra all inclusive amenities you'd get. I got the impression that these people came just to eat. Waiters take their time to take away dirt plates from the freed tables, furthermore the cleanliness of the tables and floors isn’t the one you’d expect for.
The best time to have lunch around 13:30, one our after the starving low class guests have fought their way throughout the available food.
Dinner by 19:45-20:00. Same story as for breakfast. People start to gather by the entrance around 18:30.
If you are expecting a wide range of fruits, I am sorry to disappoint you, only watermelon and apples; a couple of days after our arrival they offered apricots and oranges.
No lunch box available: if you plan to go to any excursion you better fetch your supplies during breakfast/ lunch since this “5 stars resort” has nothing to offer. We were leaving at midnight for the balloons
Alcohol is quite limited and low quality. With +31 degrees the “beach bar” offers you warm wine and some soda drinks. By the end of our holidays they brought ice-machines and things improved a little. The food offered at the beach includes burgers, French fries, some salads and other fried delicacies. Of course, you either wait 1-1,5 hours after the crowd cleans off, or you’d stay in queue to get something to eat. If you don’t like kids and their whine, better choose another place.. this is an add up, so that you don’t come. The place is full of elderly, which by 6:30 a.m have taken the best places on the beach and take into consideration that sunbeds aren’t always available.
You will also stand in the canteen and have all the elderly put their buddies stand in queue before you for the grilled meat or fish..or whatever is there available but controlled by the hotel. Yes, fun-fun. Guaranteed.
Beach towel changes: Wednesdays and Fridays.
Internet 🛜 access limited, but free. Slow. In the beach area you are constantly kicked off… cigarette butts everywhere.
Positive about this place…🤔🤔🤔🙄🙄🙄
Enjoy your holidays.. away from this place!!!
A very nice hotel for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The beach is sandy and just a few steps away. The room was spacious and clean. The food was tasty and plentiful. Shops are nearby.
A very good place for a summer vacation, considering the price and quality of service. This is a budget hotel with a very nice beach for Turkey. And most importantly, a hotel where you can relax with your pets, in our case with a dog!
A very good hotel with a very clean environment, helpful staff, and delicious, varied food. However, during a time of war, it feels very insensitive to openly support one side. The constant display of Russian flags, the emphasis on one country, and communication almost exclusively in Russian can truly hurt guests who are not citizens of this occupying country. Türkiye, at least, should remain neutral. By appearing to choose one side, the hotel risks alienating many European guests and peaceful visitors. Hotel guests can love their country quietly, without making others feel uncomfortable.
We've been staying here for a week now. The hotel is located on a great sandy beach, which is great kids with its shallow waters. The atmosphere is more than friendly, the staff is decent and very helpful. No crowds, (peace and quiet everywhere), the territory is spacious, green . As for the night life: usual Turkish activities 11pm The sea looks like a lake, very calm and clear, warm enough for swimmers. Lots of sunbeds, available through the day, hamam and sauna can be visited till 2 pm. As for the rooms, they are ok, but the bed linen could be fresher and whiter. The level of noise is low, we are in a Jiraffe building room number 1715, our neighbours are of the same opinion. I 'd like to highlight the restaurant crew under the leadership of Nezip ( if I'm not mistaken) they are very attentive, fast, hard working, good looking. I think prices are reliable. We are very experienced travellers, never writing reviews, but some o f the negative reviews about the staff (read before coming here) nearly made us cancel the booking, that is why you are reading THIS.
