Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Upon arrival, we were given a room with a non-functioning air conditioner. It was only repaired after we complained, after 17:00.
We were also informed that the air conditioner cannot be left running while we are away, which means the room becomes extremely hot whenever we return.
Unfortunately, the situation is not much better in the common areas. There is no air conditioning at the reception, the restaurant is also extremely hot, and there is practically nowhere in the hotel where guests can properly cool down.
Our room was given to us in an unclean condition and there was not even any soap available. Soap was provided only after we complained.
The overall hygiene of the bathroom and room is very poor. The floor and shower were dirty, there is visible mould, and there were hairs left behind by previous guests.
This is particularly concerning for us as hygiene is extremely important to our family.
The shower water temperature constantly changes from cold to very hot while showering, making it very difficult and uncomfortable to use the shower normally.
The mirrors are dirty, the furniture is old, scratched and visibly worn, and even the glasses provided in the room were dirty.
Overall, the condition of the room is far below what we expected when booking this hotel.
The breakfast and lunch selection is very poor. There is very little meat and a large part of the food consists of processed or semi - prepared products.
Unfortunately, the dining area itself also does not give us confidence regarding hygiene standards.
This is the issue that concerns us the most.
On the very day we arrived, we were told by other hotel guests that two people had been taken from the hotel to hospital with acute gastrointestinal symptoms. Several guests also told us that this is not the first such situation and that there has already been another “wave” of gastrointestinal illness at the hotel.
We have also personally observed hygiene practices that are concerning to us, including staff working without gloves and what appears to be poor hygiene in the kitchen area.
We've been staying here for a week now. The hotel is located on a great sandy beach, which is great kids with its shallow waters. The atmosphere is more than friendly, the staff is decent and very helpful. No crowds, (peace and quiet everywhere), the territory is spacious, green . As for the night life: usual Turkish activities 11pm The sea looks like a lake, very calm and clear, warm enough for swimmers. Lots of sunbeds, available through the day, hamam and sauna can be visited till 2 pm. As for the rooms, they are ok, but the bed linen could be fresher and whiter. The level of noise is low, we are in a Jiraffe building room number 1715, our neighbours are of the same opinion. I 'd like to highlight the restaurant crew under the leadership of Nezip ( if I'm not mistaken) they are very attentive, fast, hard working, good looking. I think prices are reliable. We are very experienced travellers, never writing reviews, but some o f the negative reviews about the staff (read before coming here) nearly made us cancel the booking, that is why you are reading THIS.
A very good hotel with a very clean environment, helpful staff, and delicious, varied food. However, during a time of war, it feels very insensitive to openly support one side. The constant display of Russian flags, the emphasis on one country, and communication almost exclusively in Russian can truly hurt guests who are not citizens of this occupying country. Türkiye, at least, should remain neutral. By appearing to choose one side, the hotel risks alienating many European guests and peaceful visitors. Hotel guests can love their country quietly, without making others feel uncomfortable.
A very good place for a summer vacation, considering the price and quality of service. This is a budget hotel with a very nice beach for Turkey. And most importantly, a hotel where you can relax with your pets, in our case with a dog!
A very nice hotel for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The beach is sandy and just a few steps away. The room was spacious and clean. The food was tasty and plentiful. Shops are nearby.
