Just returned after 10 days here. Not a bad word to say about it! The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic! The rooms were great cleaned daily always fresh. Food was great every meal! All the bar staff were so friendly! Kids loved it! We will be returning! Welldon arabella 🙌🙌🙌
The hotel, food, and facilities were great and suitable for families. However, I was very disappointed by the behavior of one staff member, the DJ with the blond hair.
He initially asked for my Instagram account and wanted to meet me outside of work. I politely declined. Later, he went further and invited me to come to his place, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. After I refused again, he seemed to realize that his behavior was inappropriate and repeatedly apologized, even giving me a gift as an “apology.”
While I appreciate the hotel overall, this experience negatively affected my stay. Such behavior from a staff member toward a guest is unprofessional and unacceptable. If I had not been leaving that day, I would have reported the incident directly to management.
I’m a huge fan of holidays in Turkey and have stayed in many hotels with my children. Came to this hotel to join a family for a few days and sadly was very disappointed. I’d give credit to Ahmed at the reception, spa staff and guys at the pool bar. They were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, all other staff were grumpy, moody, no “hello”, no smile; felt like they hated their job. Room was “the best”, apparently, on the top floor. No tea making facilities, hard pillows, poor cleaning, old broken fixtures. I’m not a fussy eater and can always find something to eat, but food here wasn’t good at all, my whole family struggled. No alcohol choice at the beach bar. I’m not a beer drinker and only that was on offer. Very limited snacks. Entertainment was hit and miss, but we made our own party with singing and dancing. Girls at the reception bar were grumpy and you almost had to beg them for a glass of wine while they were on their phones. Staff can be really trained better at this hotel. Room service upgraded and food to be changed. Only gave it a 2 star for those people that made me smile. Otherwise, not a great experience, sadly. This hotel is a 3 star at a push, but definitely not 4. Needless to say we won’t be back.
This is not a 5 star hotel, the staff are rude and there were no English people at all, I asked the staff if I could eat in my room as I was alone and felt intimidated and they wouldn't let me, over priced, the shower has no pressure at all just trickles out, I would never come here again
Good hotel but not comfortable pillows but very good staff especially thanks to Murat for his good work and all kinds of contests that he held is a person who knows his work
