- Annabella Diamond Hotel and Spa

Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the modern, family-friendly holiday hotel Annabella Diamond Hotel & Spa is perfectly located in Avsallar in the popular tourist destination of the Turkish Riviera. The centre of Avsallar is within walking distance; the city of Alanya with its shopping and entertainment venues as well as historical sites such as the Castle or the Red Tower is 26 km away, while the international airport of Antalya is at a distance of 98 km. The hotel features elegant rooms, some of which enjoy splendid views over the sea. It has a private sandy beach with free sun loungers and parasols and offers a pool with 3 water slides as well as a children's pool and a mini club. Guests will appreciate the well-equipped fitness centre as well as the spa area with Turkish bath and sauna. An excellent choice for couples and families with children wishing to spend a nice holiday on the beach. The Annabella Diamond main building is directly located on the beach. The Annabella Park hotel is on the opposite of the road around 350 m distance to the beach or main building. You are able to reach it through an local underground pass. Very important: both buildings have their own reception and restaurant. The guests who are accomodated in Annabella Park hotel are allowed to use all facilities of the main building, for example the snack or lobby bar, except main restaurant. They are not allowed to use the restaurant in the main building.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Everything is 5*+++ : location, rooms, restaurant, food, personal, services. The beach and the sea is gorgeous!
Thank you for making my stay so special. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful, relaxing, and full of warmth. The rooms were comfortable, elegant, and made me feel completely at home. What made this experience unforgettable was the attention, kindness, and hospitality I received every day. You created a place where guests can truly relax, feel appreciated, and enjoy every moment. I’m very grateful for everything — the service, the care, the wonderful energy, and all the little details that made my stay perfect. This hotel is not just a beautiful place, it’s a place that makes people feel special.
The hotel’s location was very convenient, with direct access to the beach. While it was not located in the city center, sightseeing and shopping were not our main priorities, so this was not an issue for us. The hotel shops and the stores across the street were more than enough for our needs.
The hotel has a swimming pool with water slides. However, considering the number of guests, I believe the pool could be slightly larger. I would also like to point out a safety concern: there was no clearly enforced prohibition on diving or jumping into the pool. As a result, many guests were doing so, which could potentially lead to accidents or serious injuries. It may be worth considering introducing and enforcing such a rule more visibly.
The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and most of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The entertainment team was professional and not overly intrusive. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the SPA staff, who were quite persistent in trying to sell their services. At times this felt uncomfortable and even a little annoying.
The rooms were not particularly large, but they were well-equipped, nicely decorated, and kept very clean. Housekeeping service was provided daily and maintained a good standard throughout our stay.
The food was good overall. In my opinion, some dishes occasionally felt a little overcomplicated, as if there was an effort to emphasize the hotel’s five-star status. Nevertheless, there was always a wide variety of options available, and everyone could find something to enjoy. One of the hotel’s strengths was that food was available almost around the clock, whether in the main restaurant, the snack bar, or the late-night dining options.
Overall, I had a positive experience and enjoyed my stay. The hotel offers good facilities, a pleasant atmosphere, and convenient beach access. While there are a few areas that could be improved, I would still consider it a good choice for a relaxing holiday.
Just returned from a week staying at this hotel! What a lovely week we had! The hotel is lovely so is the food! Everyone from the reception to the staff in the restaurant to the animation team were absolutely wonderful the guys at the pool bar who knew I liked a cold coffee after day 1 ! So friendly, so helpful! The rooms were lovely and comfortable! The pool area was fab as was the beach! Couldn’t fault the place! The only thing I would say was the guys from the spa don’t half try and get you in there place! Don’t get me wrong they were really friendly and nice I just didn’t need to be asked every day whether I wanted a massage! Especially when your just chilling round the pool
We have just returned from this hotel and had booked on the basis of the other reviews and the rating given by easy jet. This is not a five star hotel! I have visited a number of all inclusive hotels and this in my view would rate 4 at the most. We were not helped in with our luggage on arrival (luggage was taken to our rooms after check-in) or offered a welcome drink. We found reception staff generally dismissive, when we checked out we were not asked if all had been well with our stay. My daughter had forgotten to return her towel card and the receptionist actually rolled her eyes ! (More training in guest relations required). The main lobby and upstairs bar are very pleasant and the service here is good. The grounds are also pleasant and well kept the beach is lovely, sandy and the water very calm perfect for children. Drinks are local spirits as expected, wine and Prosecco were not always thoroughly chilled and on one occasion the pool bar ran out of ice for the cocktails- again not what you expect from a 5 star rated hotel. We had booked a land view room - expecting a view of gardens or similar in fact our ground floor room overlooked the car park when we raised this with the reception team we were told there was nothing to be done. We were offered a change of rooms later but at that point felt it was not worth the upheaval. The rooms are clean but basic and the bathroom was very small. Complimentary toiletries were limited and not topped up, likewise tea bags and coffee. Many guests compliment the food, this was not our experience- the hotel is a family hotel and the child menu was very limited. No ice cream in the restaurant and only available from the snack bar until 3 pm. The restaurant is also very busy and loud. The staff are friendly and helpful but this did not make up for the quality of the food. The hotel is pleasant but not as described in the other reviews and personally we would not recommend
