Nice Hotel, but, A lot of Black Flies
Prime location, nice atmosphere, clean room, but my room was very dark with a mini window... Small pool between 2 building, maybe enough for 90 rooms! Guest profile, mostly British and Staff speaking English, perfectly, partly Staff are African! My stay was generally pleasant, but the black flies around the pool were a serious issue. I reported it to Guest Relations and recommended placing three fly traps — an inexpensive (£20 per 8 weeks) fix that would protect guests and improve comfort. Although she took note, nothing changed during my entire week. If the hotel installs the fly traps and shares a photo showing them in place, I will happily revise my review to 5 stars. It’s a small investment for a big improvement for happy guests !

Azuu boutique hotel
Nice enough hotel , but first evening there I enquired why TV didn't work was told by staff member it only worked between morning to 10pm then went off... That was a lie to appease me , the TV was actually broken , something to do with signal. Second day they moved me to another building, not part of the hotel itself , the room was tiny, only room for a bed and just enough space to walk around it. There was a buffet for breakfast but no provision for a dental menu , which surprise me as it identifies with a dental practice. The beds are 2 single beds pulled together for a double bed . Like I said , a nice hotel but I won't be booking again

General overview
In general, I enjoyed staying in Azuu Hotel. It was my second staying there. Staff is really friendly and helpful. All my enquiries were satisfied very quickly (within 5-10 minutes). Also, they have a very convenient option: WhatsApp chat "Guests related matters" where you can raise anything regarding your stay in hotel, quality of food or in the restaurant or Antalya in general.
I would like to say a separate huge "thank you" to housekeeping staff. My room was always clean, towels and pillow cases were replaced daily. The woman who cleaned my room is so lovely.
Also, they have a small pool to enjoy sunshine.
In addition, they offer range of beauty procedures, massage, sauna, Turkish bath.
The hotel also provides with the transfer to different sights and private beach.
The location is great because you can reach to waterfalls (walking distance), huge shopping centre Terra city (walking distance), shops (walking distance). Old Town and Lara beach are easily accessible by public transport (direct routes).
Breakfast has nice selection of soft food as most people who are staying there are getting dental treatment in Magic Smile clinic. Also, they offer free soup for the guest all day.
The only bad thing happened with me is that I experienced allergy to artificial ingredients they added into my strawberry daiquiri cocktail. I thought it was supposed to be natural strawberry there but it wasn't 🤷. Also, one more thing, I couldn't get my soup on my arrival. Although, I arrived within time range when I could get soup but the pot was empty. And when I was leaving, it was 5 minutes to breakfast time. Although, everything was ready for it, they didn't let me to have even a snack. Other hotels where I stayed before don't have such problems. They always have food for late arrivals and offer early breakfast or packed ones for early leavers.
