Everything was perfect! The staff were wonderful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. All the reviews on Google are true — this hotel really is that good. Friendly team and everyone speaks English
Fine, but won't be rushing back
We booked a side sea view room but were given a room overlooking the loud pool/bar area instead. Despite asking to be moved, the hotel was overbooked and couldn’t accommodate us. The balcony door also didn’t lock and, although reported, was never fixed. On the plus side, the hotel was very clean and well presented, staff were generally welcoming, and the food was excellent. The pool, private beach, and sunbed availability were great. Downsides were weak WiFi, loud evening entertainment, and underwhelming shows. Overall an average stay – good in parts, but disappointing in others.
