Great hotel, service and beach
Great hotel, very clean and have everything you need for good and comfort stay. Rooms are nice and clean, food is also very good. You have everything with all inclusive service, beach is very close to the hotel which is also great. Location is the best, you have everything you need when you go outside of hotel. I recommend this hotel.
Beautifule place
We went on a family trip with two babies. We are satisfied with the service and the hotel.
The food was excellent, we are delighted with the chef and the entire staff. We were accommodated in the main building.
The hotel is not luxurious but has a very pleasant atmosphere, clean rooms and excellent food.
Super location of the hotel, 5 minutes from the beach and a 15-minute easy walk to the center.
Bad hotel
The rooms were not bad, because we paid extra for family room, but the rest was very bad and poor. Hotel is small. The food was terrible, small selection of dishes, almost every day same choice. A swimming pool is small and you rarely find a free sunbed. Staff is not too friendly. On the beach, the hotel has its own section of sunbeds, where a rude man is in charge who threatens to remove towels and guests stufs, while guests go to the hotel for lunch and not come back for for hour or two, react if you bring your own water or juice, because he insist on buying it from him. Location of the hotel is ok. All in all not very pleasant and relaxing holiday.

Huge recommendation for Kandelor spa
My family had an amazing experience at the Kandelor hotel, but the best part was the spa! If you are staying at Kandelor, we highly recommend taking time to enjoy the spa. We had an amazing experience and found ourselves coming back multiple times during our stay because it was that good. Each visit left us feeling refreshed, and we would definitely return again. We would recommend it to anyone looking to truly pamper yourself with a relaxing and high-quality spa experience.
The spa itself is clean, relaxing, and beautifully set up, but what makes it truly special is the staff. A big thank you to Ekrem, Zeki, Tina, and Rubi for their kindness and professionalism. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and took great care in ensuring every treatment was relaxing and well done. It was clear they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort, making the spa experience at Kandelor one to remember
Absolutely fantastic!
Our cleaner lady exceeded any service we experienced even in 5* hotels! The food was always fresh and plenty to choose from, kebab was extraordinary! Breakfast could improve a little but overall was ok. Absolutely perfect location and free of charge sunbeds at the beach was a fantastic bonus! Really really pleased with our visit and will recomend this hotel to all our friends when they plan to visit. Pool clean and you always have a sun lounger to sit on. Facilities in a room basic but air con worked perfectly and bed was very comfortable ( you also get additional small pillow !) Really happy we wnet there and would like to say to all of the stuff HUGE THANK YOU!! Kamila & Mario I forgot to mention the spa and massage treatment we went for! Blimey that was an experience which was top notch!!! PLease Please get yourself booked to Kandelor Spa as is absolutely best haman massage you will experience! We had a 100min package for only 30 euro!! Worth at least twice as much! Thank you to Rubi and her friend and also the lovely lady who booked us in at reception. once again extraordinary trip :)
