This beautifully decorated hotel is situated in Antalya, Turkey. It as an amazing location since the beach is just a short walk away from the complex. The airport is about 50 minute-car ride away. Guests will be delighted by the numerous restaurants and bars that are in the surroundings, they can spend the day tasting new flavours or just having a refreshing drink in a bar. For the ones who like to explore, there are many places they can visit such as the Alanya Archaeological Museum, the Damlatas Cave and the Alanya Red Tower and are at a walking distance. If travellers want to relax, they can visit the onsite spa, rest by the outdoor pool or have a well needed swim in it. After an exhausting day having tons of fun, visitors can enjoy the comfortable rooms equipped with cosy beds and all the essential amenities they need to be able to have the best and most memorable stay.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
very disappointing. the hotel does not deserve 4 stars, maybe 1 or 2 max. it is very worrying how they were given this category. the staff are lazy, uninterested, they don't say good morning to anyone... only one girl from the dining room, maybe her name is Zuhra, the only one who is hardworking and kind, she deserves to work in a better hotel. the hotel is full of cats, which move around the dining room and restaurant, their feces and fur are everywhere, it stinks. the staff does not hide their feces around the tables where they eat, they do not notice. the air conditioner drips on the salads, the plates are very poorly washed, the food is a disaster, very bad. soups not edible, terrible taste, cakes the same every day, very poor quality. not once was baklava or some Turkish sweet served. the towels in the rooms have a bad smell, the bed linen the same. you can see that the management saves on everything, bad soaps, bad smell. the cheapest alcohol and juices. mirrors in the elevator and windows in the rooms very dirty and smeared. mostly everything is of very poor quality, huge savings everywhere, staff at the same level. control should examine the category of this hotel, and reduce at least 2 stars. if they continue like this, they will close the hotel in a year or two. this is my fourth visit to turkey and this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. the only positive thing was that it was a comfortable mattress to sleep on. I think that the ratings on the site were not realistic and that people must know the truth.
The three of us spent a week at the Xperia Grand Bali Hotel and we were very pleased with our stay. The biggest advantage is undoubtedly the location – the hotel is right in the centre of Alanya, so everything is close by: Cleopatra Beach, shops, restaurants and the bus stop.
As for the food – it was tasty, but at times a bit lacking in variety. We would have liked a slightly wider selection of meat dishes. On occasion, the food was cooler than we’re used to in Polish hotels, which sometimes spoiled the enjoyment of the meal. Fortunately, the fresh barbecue saved the day – it was definitely our favourite part of every dinner.
The hotel is very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks are due to Ms Claudia, who looks after the guests and really ensures they have a pleasant stay – you can tell she cares about making everyone feel well looked after. The waiters, the barman and the cleaning staff also deserve great praise and thanks – they were all hard-working, cheerful and eager to help.
To sum up: this is a good choice for those who value a great location, cleanliness, dedicated staff and a friendly atmosphere. The food could be a little more varied and heartier, but the fresh barbecue more than makes up for it. We’d love to come back in the future.
The hotel has several positive aspects. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the location is good, with the beach and the city centre within easy reach. The pool area was also pleasant.
However, there were three significant disappointments:
The bed was far too short. I am 193 cm tall, and the bed was approximately 185 cm long, making it impossible to sleep comfortably throughout our stay. The room was noticeably smaller and more basic than the impression given by the hotel's presentation and photographs. The breakfast offered only limited healthy options. Fresh fruit and other healthier choices were very limited.
Warm, welcoming staff, delicious and varied food, and clean, well-maintained rooms. This hotel is highly recommended.
We would especially like to praise the reception staff, Yunus and Tayfun, who were extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help.
Great location, everything is near. To the beach is only 3 min walk. Beach chair cost 100 liras, same was the umbrella. Same to the cable car, 3 min walk, witch I really recommend. Room was ok and clean. Food is the same every day, so we eat out from time to time. One day we had live music, if you want more entertainment you have to visit Xperia other hotel about 10 min walk. Next time I will take another hotel. Was not worth that money I spent on that. Wi-Fi in the room was totally crap. Only place to have ok Wi-Fi was in the lobby. Pool is in the shade and water was really cold. I never saw somebody using this pool area.
