The hotel is located at the pearl of Mediterranean Alanya, in the district of Oba. It is only 30 km from Gazipasa-Alanya airport, 130 km from Antalya airport. Alanya Centrum is 5 km from the hotel, and the district of Oba is around the corner, 500 m. The hotel offers 164 modern designed rooms. The attentively designed standard rooms offer 2 single beds and couch that can also be used as an extra bed, safe box, air-conditioning, kettle, LED TV with a satellite and a bathroom with rain shower. Guests can take an advantage of well-equipped gym. The luxury spa and hamam are offering relaxing treatments to all body. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are being served in the buffet restaurant with panoramic sea view. Easy access to the beach by underpass. Pets are not allowed, regardless of size and weight.

Good service in Restaurant and SPA
I am Coming to hotel for several times. I make always very good experiences with people in Restaurant an SPA area. Very nice people
Great premises for a relaxing holiday
Our room was on top floor and in a slight need of renovation. Probably rain water had ruined the floor in front of the balcony floor. As a top floor room, our balcony had no fully covering roof. Otherwise room was very nice and tidy.
Cleanliness in general was taken good care of all over in the hotel. A couple of times the floor of our room wasn't cleaned properly, it was dust and sand remains after cleaning.
Premises are excellent. Relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of sunbeds available by the pool. Live music every evening and good service at main restaurant and bars.
The two ladies (Duygu and another younger lady) working in the cafe/pastane were the only point of shame for the whole staff. Talking badly in Turkish especially about female guests. We understood each and every word they said about us and other guests in Turkish. They should consider that slme of the guest might know Turkish even if they aren't locals. These cafe ladies weren't service minded at all either: not welcoming, not asking how can I help you, only sitting in the corner with their phones in their hands. They seemed extremely bothered and rolled their eyes every time when a guest came and they had to stand up. Not even a slightest smile, just grumpy faces.
Except the experiences in the cafe, the hotel and all service was very nice and we could consider staying there again.
Not so…
Not so happy…yet…you have to pay for icecoffe. You have to lift your butt to order drinks. I don’t know, maybe for the price (3000 euro 2 person) I expected much more. I was in may 2 person in side (600 euro) and it was fenomenal! Ten times more food to choose between, even at the pool bar. Ice coffee included, the service was top notch, didn’t have to lift my butt! ;) For a honeymoon we picked wrong…

Beautiful Hotel with Amazing Staff, but a Few Important Downsides
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is beautifully and luxuriously designed, the rooms are extremely nice and very clean, and the food was very good, especially dinner.
The biggest highlight was definitely the staff. Almost everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. A special thank you to Elif and Duygu in the cafeteria, who were exceptionally kind and attentive, and to Ali at breakfast for his great service. The hospitality really stood out!
However, one major downside for me was the smoking policy. When we booked through CHECK24, it was not clearly stated that smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Smoking is not permitted on your own balcony, at the bar, around the pool or on the outdoor restaurant terrace. Had I known this beforehand, I probably would have chosen a different hotel. As a smoker, I found this quite restrictive, especially not being allowed to smoke on a private balcony.
The pool area is beautiful, although some of the sunbeds look different from the photos, and the beach loungers could use an update. The beach is also mainly pebbles with some sand, rather than a proper sandy beach. A little more service at the beach would have been nice as well.
Apart from these points, it is a beautiful, clean and luxurious hotel with excellent food and truly outstanding staff. The Design is really modern, and the rooms are very comfortable and have a lot of space.
