Fantastic beach front location. All staff have been absolutely superb in every area of the hotel. The atmosphere has been great. The room was as described, nice, clean and tidy. I would 100% recommend, thank you very much to all staff!

We loved everything about this hotel it was perfect. Will add a detailed review, ignore the negative comments, it is a fabulous hotel. The little touches make a huge difference. We would recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday but with lots of restaurants and shops close by, much more than we thought there was in the area. The staff are superb, so friendly and welcoming and will do all they can to make your stay the best, never had service like it.

The food was fabulous, I don't eat meat, hubby is fussy but we both had lots of delicious food, I loved the houmous and rose jam! The show cooking at every meal is marvellous they really made an effort. Mexican night was fabulous with nachos and dips, Turkish night brilliant, the daily fresh made pizza and salads are great. The desserts were delicious, breakfasts perfect, hubby loved his morning omelette. Toasty guy in the morning had a laugh with me, knew I don't eat butter and he would greet me with a smile and " morning, more butter?"

The restaurant and bar staff remember your preferred drink, even having it on the table before you have sat down. The bar service was great, the rose and red wine were nice, the only thing for me is you struggle to get good prosecco in Turkey so the fizz wasn't great, but I knew that before going. We don't drink beer or spirits so cannot comment, but I did have a couple of nice cocktails.

Service by the beach was lovely, every few hours we would get our preferred drinks, water, cola, coffee and juice dropped by our beds at just the right time.

The pianist and flute are a nice touch, you can hear it through the hotel just before dinner, or sit and listen in reception. The hotel was clean and stunning, they have made an effort to make sure you have everything you need. We tipped where it was due, spent quite a bit, but worth it for such good service.

Room 321 was great, sea and pool view, and on the side away from the slightly noisier hotel next door, room was really lovely, the maids did a great job keeping the room clean. We often had towel art on our beds, another nice touch, the beds were so comfy.

We only went in the on site shop on our last day but wished we tried it earlier, had so much of what you may need. The Thursday market is huge, takes over so many streets, we loved wandering, bought a few things, saw gorgeous foods and compared the fruit prices to home!

The hotel entertainment was great, some songs are repeated by different acts but they know what the crowd wants and it is still enjoyable. It was quiet when we were there, we wondered if it could be the war, or World Cup. The staff couldn’t understand why it was so unusually quiet. The spa was lovely, had some brilliant massages, very relaxing and they knew what they were doing.

The beach is kept spotless, always plenty of beds there and by the pool. We cannot find fault with our stay it really was lovely, from start to finish we had the best time. We enjoyed it so much we did something we have never done before, booked to go again in September!

We had a truly relaxing, sunny, and warm holiday at this hotel, and overall the conditions were excellent.

The staff was very friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. Special thanks to Safak at the pool bar, whose positive attitude and attentiveness made our experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the hotel’s hamam was also very good – a really relaxing experience.

The food was excellent, with a nice variety of options, so there was always something new and delicious to try every day.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to return to the same hotel for the third time next autumn!
