Where do we even begin? From the moment we arrived at Calimera Sun Park until the heartbreaking moment we had to leave, every single day was filled with genuine kindness, exceptional service and unforgettable memories. We have travelled to many hotels over the years, but this has honestly been one of the most incredible holidays our family has ever experienced.

After arriving at the hotel at around 3am, we were warmly welcomed by Artem, who immediately made us feel at home. Despite the early hours, he greeted us with a smile, checked us in quickly and personally carried our luggage to our room. After a long journey, this level of care meant so much and set the tone for what would become an unforgettable holiday.

The next day we met the wonderful Golnush, who introduced herself and personally showed us around the hotel. This wasn’t just a quick walk around—it was a thoughtful and detailed tour explaining everything the hotel had to offer, from the spa and gym to the pools, water slides, entertainment programme and family activities. It was such a personal touch that instantly made us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking.

The food throughout our stay was absolutely exceptional. Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, snacks or dinner, there was always an amazing selection, and you could really see the pride and passion the chefs put into every dish.

We would especially like to thank İnan Bulut, who noticed that, as English guests, we enjoy toast with breakfast and happily prepared it for us every morning with a smile. It’s these small acts of kindness that transform a great holiday into a truly memorable one.

A huge thank you also goes to Ece, whose kindness towards our youngest daughter touched us deeply. Whenever our daughter wasn’t keen on something from the buffet, Ece would happily prepare chicken nuggets especially for her without ever making it feel like an inconvenience. As parents, these thoughtful gestures mean the world, and they are something we will never forget.

Every member of the kitchen team was friendly, professional and genuinely passionate about making guests happy.

The bar service was equally outstanding. Bilal, the Bar Manager, is an incredible ambassador for the hotel. He was always visible, always smiling and clearly leads his team with professionalism and pride. Alongside Ali and Hüseyin, every drink was served with warmth, efficiency and genuine hospitality.

The restaurant team also deserves enormous recognition. Kubilay, Hüseyin, Erva and Süleyman consistently went above and beyond every single day. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made our children feel so comfortable, welcome and special. Their kindness, energy and constant smiles became one of the highlights of our holiday.

The reception team were exceptional from beginning to end. Every question was answered with patience, every request dealt with quickly and every interaction was warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the names of the two lovely ladies who were usually on reception, but they were absolutely fantastic and are a real credit to the hotel.

The entertainment team, especially Aykan and Eysar, worked tirelessly from morning until night to create an atmosphere full of fun, laughter and happiness. Whether it was activities around the pool or evening entertainment, they made sure both adults and children were involved and enjoying themselves. Their enthusiasm was infectious.

Housekeeping was simply outstanding. Our room was immaculate every single day, and the entire hotel was spotless from morning until night. A very special thank you to Ayşe Aydın, whose attention to detail was absolutely second to none. Her hard work did not go unnoticed, and she deserves huge recognition.

One thing that impressed us more than anything else was the leadership throughout the hotel. We regularly saw the General Manager, Samet, walking around the hotel, speaking with guests, helping his staff and leading by example. It was obvious that this isn’t just a workplace—it’s a family. Every member of staff seemed genuinely happy, proud of what they do and committed to giving guests the best possible holiday. That culture starts from the top, and it truly shows.

The hotel itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean and perfectly maintained. The swimming pools were fantastic, with vigilant lifeguards always ensuring everyone could enjoy themselves safely. The central location is another huge advantage, with Alanya’s historical sites, shops and attractions all within easy walking distance.

One of the best surprises was having access to the sister hotel on Cleopatra Beach. The free shuttle service, complimentary food and drinks, and included sun loungers made for an incredible beach day and added even more value to an already amazing all-inclusive experience.

What makes Calimera Sun Park so special isn’t just the facilities, the food or the location—it’s the people. Every single member of staff, regardless of their role, greeted us with warmth, kindness and genuine smiles every single day. They don’t just do their jobs—they create memories that families will treasure forever.

It is incredibly rare to finish a holiday and genuinely say you have absolutely no complaints whatsoever, but that is exactly how we feel. Every expectation was exceeded, and every member of staff played a part in making our family holiday unforgettable.

To every single member of the Calimera Sun Park team—thank you. You should all be incredibly proud of what you have created. You didn’t just give us a holiday; you gave our family memories that will last a lifetime.

We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will most certainly be returning. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—you won’t regret it. This hotel truly deserves every one of its five stars.

We had a fantastic stay at Calimera Sunpark Hotel. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

The entertainment team did a great job organizing activities for both children and teenagers. Our children (15, 14 and 8 years old) especially loved the water slides, and the complimentary shuttle bus to the beach was very convenient and easy to use.

The spa at Calimera Sunpark Hotel deserves 5/5 stars. It was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had.

We chose the full Turkish hammam experience, including the sauna, body scrub, foam massage, and a relaxing full-body massage. Every part of the treatment was professional, clean, and incredibly relaxing. It was worth every penny.

The staff at the spa were friendly, welcoming, and highly skilled. Another great advantage is the location – while the rest of the family enjoyed the pool just 20 metres away, I could easily slip away for a treatment without missing out on our family holiday.

I was travelling with my three children (15, 14 and 8 years old), and they all loved the hammam experience. It became one of our favourite memories from Turkey. I’ve visited more touristy hammams before, but this one felt authentic and genuinely traditional. It felt like the real Turkish hammam experience.

What can I say, from the moment we stepped through the door the hotel staff were very welcoming. We were assisted with our bags to our room, and the rooms were spotless, and we had lovely decorations on our bed everyday.

It was my partners birthday and also my birthday during our holiday, and the staff were very kind to assist with our celebrations. I requested that a cake was to be brought out at the bar at midnight with candles and all the bar staff came out singing happy birthday.

The room was decorated by reception staff on my birthday, with banners around the room, and balloons (with things we had provided) and the bed was decorated again by the maid.

The spa staff as promised I’m writing your well deserved review , often holiday makers dismiss the spa staff, but please don’t and try it for yourself. if you want to experience a massage like no other, then this is it. I paid 60euro for a two hour massage experience. From start to finish I felt like I was in the clouds. The rooms are very relaxing, I felt like a new person walking out. It’s definitely worth every penny. You will not pay this and receive anything like this in England. My body felt brand new again. I recommend doing this at the start of your holiday to get the best tanning. The lady and her husband were very friendly the most loveliest people.

The bar staff were amazing, and so friendly. Hasan, and Ali especially. Hasan lost his voice but still had the pleasure of talking to him during playing cards and he shown us magic tricks of his own to which I was very impressed. Ali you are the kindest and most helpful bar man, you assisted with a lot of things during my holiday, and I hope you are still smelling fresh with my aftershave ☺️ and enjoying the bottle of gin that was gifted.
