Hotel is good, however the breakfast is same plate everyday no changes, and the hot water needs more than 10 min to come, which is completely unacceptable and the waste is too much, and in the bathroom avery bad smell comes from the drain, the rest was fine no issues. Cemile is the best in this hotel, hard worker, very supportive and helpful.

THIS IS JUST A MUST STAY I ALANYA
This Hotel will be, and is operated so diffrant and with a warm feeling, that i have not seen for many years. From the Top mr ERDINÇ KADERLI , Cleaning Lady Fatma, Heart off Hotel Reception Aylin an Onour. Just sooo diffrant and just try it its fantastic place and atmosphere. Thanks goood people

I would never recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy! The staff are soo rude and they gave us the worst room ever... it was on bottom floor next to the kitchen and the room smelled so bad. Even had a room next to their laundry room and guess what... their machines were on 24/7 and we couldn't sleep at all! We tried so hard to change room and the staff refuses to help us.
So DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL if you want a great week with a good start. This experience has totally changed my view of turkey and their hospitality...

Bad experience
Really disappointed. The room was dirty, full of ants and other crawling insects. The air condition didn't work, and when we told the staff about our complains. They just sprayed som gas all over the room. The ants did not go away, and they didn't do anything with the AC. After many complaints without any help from the hotel, we decided to leave. We did not get or money back, even we just stayed there for like 2 nights of our 1 week vacation.
The man we spoke with was weary rude, and kind off yelled at us when we tried to explain that this was not how we wanted to live trough our vacation here..
There was even a role about "not allowed to have guests over at our roome, even tho it was the middle of the day. That was not listed up anywhere, when we ordered the room. And when we hade visitors, the man said we needed to pay, to have our friends over.
We have tried to get in touch with the "chef/owner of the hotel but no one is answering. We have tried their email, website, phone number and even the website we ordered the hotel trough.
So if you're going to book this hotel, just know that the consumer service here is bad! Otherwise did the hotel look great, but I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel..

Very amazing customer service, breakfast was also delicious and clean. Lovely view stunning ocean view. I loved it here, however the rooms could be a bit improved with more hotel essentials etc.
