First time in Turkey
Very calm hotel with great food and crew. The rooms are also very good and the hotel is located almost in the city center.
Nice trip again
Location is great! Atmosphere friendly. Rooms are cleaned daily and are spacious and well furnished. If the room iş with street view, there might be some noise.
Ramira City Hotel
This place may not be perfect for everyone, but you can clearly see that the team really cares about the quality and the experience of their guests.
The buffet is not something I would call outstanding, but you can always feel that they are making a real effort to keep you satisfied and make your stay enjoyable.
The cleanliness is definitely one of the strong points. From the rooms to the common areas, everything was always very clean and well looked after.
I also want to mention the bartender. He was always very fast, attentive and careful when preparing the drinks. The only thing I think could be improved is the bar itself, especially the variety of ingredients and having a better-equipped bar. This is definitely not a criticism of the staff. They do a great job with what they have. With a little more variety and a better bar setup, I think this hotel could become one of the really good hotels in the area.
The shuttle service and the beach facilities also work really well, which is a big plus.
But what I liked most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and genuinely warm. You really feel that they care about the guests.

A hotel with at very good location. Walking distance from Cleopatra beach and the harbour. The rooms are clean and fresh. Television is very old, should be upgraded with a smartTV at least. Pool area small but functional. Aircondition very good att the room. The all inclusive food is average, you get what you pay for... Staff in the restaurant very busy with them selves. Not really seeing the customer, at least say hi! The woman in the reception Kamila, very kind, helpful and serviceminded. The fitness center is poor, do not train here! Nice concept with adults only, quite calm and relaxed atmosphere.
Our first vacation in Alanya
Fresh and nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Impressed by their well-flavored good food. However, had a few more wishes for the breakfast, like more options of meat/chicken and white beans.
