Właściwie wróciliśmy z drugiego pobytu w Paradorze. Zdecydowaliśmy się na powrót głównie ze względu na świetną obsługi która tworzy tam super atmosferę. Lokalizacja hotelu super, plaża bardzo blisko i kilka minut do centrum miasta. Food is s różnorodne and każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pokój z pięknym widokiem na zamek i Wybrzeże, jest rewelacyjny, można siedzieć na balkonie i cieszyć się okiem każdego dnia. W hotelu jest czysto. No i przechodzę do najważniejszego dla mnie to obsługa. To jest przewalacja, czujesz się z nimi jak w domu, zawsze pomogą i chętnie porozmawiają. Ta super atmosferę napędza Surmeli i to dzięki niemu wróciliśmy po 3 latach do tego samego miejsca. Takie super miejsca tworzą ludzie i tutaj ci ludzie stworzyli super miejsce.
We just returned from our second stay at the Parador. We decided to return mainly because of the excellent service, which creates a fantastic atmosphere. The hotel's location is superb, with the beach very close and the city center just a few minutes away. The food is varied, and everyone will find something to enjoy every day. The room, with its beautiful view of the castle and the coast, is fantastic; you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the view every day. The hotel is clean. And now, the most important thing for me is the staff. It's a return trip; they make you feel at home, always helpful and happy to chat. Surmeli creates this fantastic atmosphere, and it's thanks to them that we returned to the same place after three years. Such great places are created by people, and these people have created a great place here.
Not quite All Inclusive
We always look for an All Inclusive holiday at a hotel with its own beach. 1st - the negative. Although the hotel has an area of private beach, the All Inclusive package did not include use of sun loungers, beach towels, or food and drink at the beach bar, each of which incurred extra charge. Now - the positive. This hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are delightful and although the buffet is small, the food was excellent quality and all meals were delicious. We would still recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future, but with a bigger spending budget and our own beach towels. Had the sun loungers been included in the All Inclusive package, we would be giving it a five star review, not four star

Fantastic hotel, I really enjoyed my 10 days here. The staff really make this hotel as they are so nice. Location wise just across the road from the beach and with plenty of shops surrounding it. I would definitely come back.

Far better than 3 stars!
This hotel is much better than its 3-star rating suggests! The staff are genuinely friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The food is varied and tasty, with a great selection of salads, fresh fruit, grilled chicken and local dishes. Both my daughter and I found something we enjoyed at every meal.
The rooms were spotlessly clean. We stayed on the fifth floor with a partial sea view, and our room felt both modern and well maintained. The pool is quite small, but it is kept very clean.
The beach is located directly across the road from the hotel, and Alanya city centre is about a 30-minute walk away.
The only downside is that Wi-Fi is not included in the all-inclusive package. I think complimentary Wi-Fi would be a nice addition to an otherwise excellent stay.
