- Monart City Hotel

This modern hotel enjoys a beachfront location in Alanya on the main road that runs along the seashore. The centre of Alanya is within walking distance, though many shops and restaurants can be found near the beach, which is just steps from the hotel. Guests can enjoy a coffee and cake in the cafΓ© and patisserie to take a break from a lazy day spent swimming and lounging in the sun on the private beach. The hotel also provides a 24-hour reception, a useful currency exchange desk and four lifts. Guests might also enjoy the evening entertainment, all during a fabulous holiday of sea and sun in Alanya.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Very pleasent staff. Reception lady wonderfull.. food ok. Some food we didnt like . Drinks great. Coffee is yum. Also near to shops . Caspers bar very frendly fab food.
Everything was clean, the food was delicious, and there was something for every taste. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Suat was one of them and recommended a safari and rafting experience that was absolutely amazing!! I also highly recommend the massage at the hotel and the Turkish bath β both were a wonderful experience! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
The personel are the best! Food are great and rooms are very clean! The receptionist Heidy is really kind and helpful person. You should come and try π₯°
The receptionists were very kind, friendly, and great with children.
I stayed at this hotel with my wife in the middle of August.
Overall, I really liked the hotel, but I will start with the part I did not like: the room.
In my opinion, the rooms are definitely not at a 4-star level. I would give our room 2 out of 5. The wallpaper looked old, the quality of the materials and finishing was poor, and the bathroom felt very cheaply made. The only toiletry provided was liquid soap, and even that was not very good. There was no proper shampoo or other bathroom products, so I would recommend bringing your own.
The balcony door also did not close properly, so you could hear a lot of noise from outside.
However, everything else in the hotel was excellent.
The service deserves 5+ out of 5. I have stayed in many hotels in Turkey, including 5-star hotels, and honestly, the service here was better than in many of them. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful.
The food was also one of the strongest points of the hotel. You will definitely not stay hungry here. Breakfast starts at 7:00, followed by late breakfast. From around 10:00, the snack bar is open, where you can get salads, fries, chicken, pizza, burgers and other snacks. You can also get tea, coffee, beer, juice and other drinks.
There are two swimming pools, and each pool has its own bar. The cocktail menu is not huge, maybe around six or seven cocktails, but the cocktails were good. You can also get wine, beer, vodka and many other drinks.
There is also an Art Cafe where you can get ice cream.
The main restaurant serves very tasty food with a very good selection. The only small inconvenience is that the restaurant is divided between two floors: most of the food is downstairs, while the drinks are upstairs, so sometimes you have to go back and forth.
I also tried the hammam and massage at the hotel, and unfortunately I cannot recommend it. My first impression was that the massage was not professional at all. However, when I complained and asked for my money back, the staff handled the situation very well. They immediately offered either a refund or another massage with a different therapist. There was no argument or problem, and I really appreciated how they handled my complaint.
In general, despite the disappointing room and massage experience, I really enjoyed my stay. The service, staff, food, bars and overall atmosphere were excellent.
