Wonderful calm hotel
This hotel has been an absolutely wonderful experience for me and my son. The staff are so friendly, the hotel is spotless and theres no want on the food or drinks supplied. We've had no issues in the 8 days we have been here, besides a day of gloomy weather but a trip in the spa and a massage from Kasim fixed that ( his hands and knowledge are so great i had 2 massages). The hotel is absolute chill place to be, the other guests are good to be around even if you dont understand German, the entertainment after dinner is great and always helps the rest of the night go the right way. The hotel is situated right across from the beach which has its own supply of sunbeds, snacks and drinks. The beach is a little stoney but the sea is fresh and quite warm for October. The main strip is a 12 min taxi ride down the road and you can just press the button on the yellow taxis to hail a cab, rough price is 250 lira please make sure they have put the meter on before driving as I have had 2 out of 16 taxis try to charge me extra due to not putting the meter on or turning it off. There is a multitude of shops and entertainment in the surrounding area and I recommend you explore and not feel pressured into buying something you dont want. You can haggle prices on many of the bazaar but a few shops have fixed prices. There is pharmacies and places to eat galore. You wont be left wanting for anything.

We recently stayed at the Monart City Hotel in Alanya, and it exceeded all our expectations! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the beach and within easy reach of the vibrant city center, harbor, and local shops. The hotel itself is modern, exceptionally clean, and beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a fantastic view. We were highly impressed by the all-inclusive service; the food selection was diverse and fresh, with plenty of options to satisfy different tastes. The snack bar was a real hidden gem serving freshly made stone baked pizzas. The pool areas are fantastic and well-kept, offering a great place to relax under the sun. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. From Heidy at the front desk to the restaurant servers and entertainment team, everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly make you feel at home. Whether you are looking to relax by the beach or explore Alanya's historic sights, Monart City Hotel is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return for another stay!
Lovely staff, great location
Had a wonderful trip here with my friend, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our cleaner was also amazing who made great towel art on our beds every day. The hotel entertainment was better some days and the food seemed pretty good.

Absolutely amazing staff where on top form food was amazing Rooms are so clean and the staff are so friendly very accommodating to every single need I can’t fault it this is our second time being here coming back next month I won’t lie wee are sorry to be leaving Heidi at reception is very cool Also and lots of local shops to the right and left of hotel also great cocktail bar across the road bar 16 it’s called can’t fault this all inclusive also please don’t forget to look for the cafe also in the hotel for burgers pasta pizza open 12-12 amazing all round
