Amazing Stay with Great Food and Friendly Staff!
Great hotel with clean rooms, delicious food and a wide variety of dishes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The SPA area is perfect for relaxing, and the bar offers a good selection of drinks, including vodka, rum, gin, whisky and wine. Special thanks to the animation team! They are super friendly, fun and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere without being pushy. Overall, a really enjoyable stay. Highly recommended! ❤️
Disappointing
Disappointing stay mid October. Issues with room with dirty rug and balcony door not closing or locking. Both reported but nothing done all week despite asking several times. Food lukewarm and very repetitive. Limited drinks available on all inclusive and wifi only available in lobby not rooms unless you pay more.

Don’t go for the food!
The food is truly awful. Almost inedible. Horrendous. Location is very poor with nothing around. Entertainment is low standard and they want you to buy tickets for events. Hotel fairly clear and most staff friendly.

This is an honest review. The hotel is very clean & well maintained that’s the good bit… now for the bad bits , food is below average & lukewarm to find anything remotely hot was impossible, breakfast was pretty yuk the fried eggs were lukewarm & by the time they were on your plate stone cold! No toaster only a toastie maker. So toast wasn’t an option. If you like sprouts you’ll be ok as a lot of dishes contained them at breakfast as well as dinner,option for food was fairly good just a shame it wasn’t hot. The fruit juice was pretty bad felt like it stripped the enamel from my teeth! Coffee not nice either. Heading out to the pool area was lovely nice sun loungers (we had beautiful weather) Drinks were not so good unless you drink beer, gin, vodka or rum as the wine was horrible. You have to pay if you want brands of other drinks. The entertainment team were pretty good they worked really hard to make some great evenings. My other mention has to go to the shop in the hotel the guy that runs / own it Sonnet I think his name is was brilliant he took us into Alanya where the main shop is & the clothes are top notch, good quality. We had something to eat whilst there then he brought us back to the hotel. We actually ate out a few times just to get some decent food but you need a taxi ride to do that. The beach is walking distance but you can use the shuttle also. It’s very stony & rocky to get in the sea so beach shoes are recommended. You can access the sea via the jetty also. Much quieter on the beach and also hotel has their bar there as well. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel purely because of the food!
