Our third visit – it just keeps getting better!
Our third visit – it just keeps getting better! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐This was our third time staying at Kleopatra Royal Palm Hotel, and we are more satisfied with every visit! It actually manages to get better each time. The location is perfect right next to the beach, and you can reach the city center by bus in less than 10 minutes. The food is delicious and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special praise goes to the amazing entertainment team who do a fantastic job. A huge thank you to Sude, Eva, and Yilmaz! They really make sure everyone is having a great time, offering awesome daily activities like darts and water aerobics. The kids had a fantastic time with the mini disco and a variety of great activities including pizza making, face painting, and kids' yoga. As a little extra tip, we also highly recommend visiting the hotel hairdresser – he is both very skilled and incredibly nice! We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly come back again.
Royal Palm Hotel
We had a 9-day holiday in July 2026 at Kleopatra Royal Hotel. The room was clean, but there was an issue with the shower, as water leaked out from the shower tray. The food was good, but if we wanted to eat barbecue, we had to wait too long because there was a long queue and sometimes only one chef. The pools were too small for the number of tourists. The atmosphere at the pool was good, though. Yellmaz, the entertainer, was really good—he was very friendly and funny. Thank you, Yellmaz!
Overall good
Location quite good, pools very crowded and always towels on by 7 a.m not enough shezlongs.Swimming pool closed by 18:00 Food ok,coffee and everything else for 4☆ hotel not so good. But overall we had a good time over the 7 day stay,water from machine good to drink as filtered Room just standard/ and definitely needs updating, water from shower always coming out on the floor due to leaking around corners. The atmosphere is great by the pool, Yellmaz entertainment's is quite good. Be prepared as noisy due to plenty of kids around.
Horrible hotel
I’ll start with the positives. The location was beautiful and the room that we stayed in was lovely. We didn’t like the atmosphere, the staff and other guests were rude. The pool was closed on two days of our seven day holiday. The floor around the pool was so wet that at lunch time, someone slipped and banged their head quite badly. The air con in our room didn’t work, the toilet didn’t flush properly. There was nowhere near enough sun loungers and although there was a sign up saying not to reserve sun loungers, the same people had them all week and spent most of the day not even using them. We ate out at restaurants all week because the food was disgusting. So if you want to lose weight on holiday this hotel will be perfect for you. At lunch time there wasn’t even any chips and we spent so much money that we might as well have gone self catering. There wasn’t much choice of drinks either. I will not be returning to this hotel.
