- Kleopatra Atlas Hotel

Enjoying a very central location in the resort of Alanya, this adults only hotel is situated between the popular Cleopatra Beach and the pedestrianised centre and is an excellent choice for guests who enjoy both a beach and city holiday. Most attractions in the resort are within walking distance and the castle which perches on top of a steep promontory, can be reached by public transport which runs closeby. Gazipasa Alanya Airport is at 42 km driving distance. Beach lovers can benefit from the proximity of Cleopatra's Beach or take advantage of a shuttle service from the hotel to the private beach of the sister hotel, approximately 3 km away. The hotel offers 96 beautifully appointed rooms, equipped with TV, minibar, air-conditioning, hair dryer and safe box. For those seeking a relaxing time, an outdoor pool is available for a refreshing swim or they can choose to take a therapeutic massage after enjoying a sauna or Turkish Bath.
Nothing really worked properly. During the rain it was like rocks had fallen on the roof, the food was already cold. The hotel's car rental company was special: They didn't want to check the car at the end of the rental and 30 minutes after returning it the tire was flat and they wanted more money. I paid 60€/day and returned the car flawlessly 8 hours later.
Overall, the hotel offers a reasonable stay with decent food and an excellent location close to all key areas. The rooms and facilities are acceptable for the price, and the beachfront access is a strong advantage.
However, one major issue significantly affected the quality of my stay: the behaviour of the Holiday Rap inside the hotel. He was consistently rude, pushy, forceful and making it uncomfortable.
This concern has already been raised by many previous guests, yet the situation remains unchanged. No one wants to feel intimidated or pressured while on holiday, and it’s disappointing that the hotel has not taken action to address this ongoing problem.
Until the hotel resolves this issue, it will continue to impact guest experience — and for that reason, it has had a big effect on my overall rating.
882 Worst hotel I've ever visited. Never met more unfriendly people in a hotel. You can hear everything through the windows and walls. Plus there is a 3cm gap under the door, so you can hear everything outside the door. Cleaning starts at 8am and drags all the furniture across the floor. bangs loudly on doors and walls. People are running around drunk at 3-3.30am. Impossible to get even a little peace. For 2 days we didn't get cleaned, or new towels. The beds are incredibly hard. The room is very small. There is so little space, I can't even stand up and pee without hitting my head on the towel rail. The food is incredibly bad. No service for drinks. The worst thing was actually the bracelet you have to run around with for 7 days. My daughter forgot her key card and they refused to help her.
It's a mystery to me how this hotel has got 4 stars. I've been to 2 star hotels that are more luxurious than this. Send feedback Siden blev indlæst.
Great location in the city centre, about 100 metres from Kleopatra Beach, on a quiet street away from the busy tourist areas. The hotel was very peaceful, with mostly 50+ guests.
The room and overall hotel standard were acceptable, but could definitely be better. The hotel was advertised as 4 star in the holiday offer, although in reality it felt more like a 3 star hotel.
Food was good and the restaurant staff were very friendly. The hotel also has a private beach area around 15 minutes away on foot, with a mini bus running three times daily. There is a beach bar with free beer included, although unfortunately it was non alcoholic as well. A shop next to the hotel sells drinks, alcohol and cigarettes at normal prices.
The only negatives were the non alcoholic beer in the all inclusive package and the mainly Turkish cuisine.
Just got back from a 10 day stay at kleopatra atlas, very nice little hotel, very clean, very friendly staff, rooms are cleaned every day, very comfortable beds, not a lot of choice for food but what there is ,is tasty and well cooked, you can always get a sunbed, very prompt at taking dirty plates, cups etc away, the only downside is there is no entertainment, would be nice to see a local show now and again, close to the beach, restaurants and bars, had a lovely stay there, but if you don't like being in a hotel that's mainly polish and Russian then it may not be for you,I personally don't mind.
