Located just a 1-minute walk away from Alanya's famous Cleopatra's Beach, this well established hotel was refurbished in 2018 and offers guests a good base from which to explore the popular resort of Alanya. The castle is just under 5 km away and best reached by local transport as it is on a steep promontory. Local amenities can be found in close proximity to the hotel while the pedestrianized shopping centre is 1 km away.

Avoid if going with young children
This hotel was disgusting the moment we walked in the hotel there was an eggy smell everywhere cleaners don't use any spray or disinfectant to clean just wet cloths and water. They use a flat mop which they don't rinse and continue smearing the dirt until it drys and smells like eggs everywhere the food plates smelt of eggs there was cockroaches on the bread the food was over cooked no taste the salads were OK. Food hygiene was another issue I found a hair in my food 3 times out of the 7 days of my stay all inclusive ends at 10pm.
The lift Is very small and is dangerous the doors opened to a brick wall a few times. Cleaners did attend every day only if clean my room tag was displayed. I hated the way the cleaners would clean they would throw water on the floor and use a flat mop to sweep and pick rubbish up with a tissue.
Beware of the hotel scam
Arrived at midnight to be met by a grumpy man who informed us the hotel room was infected by insects and he was booking us a taxi to another hotel 20 minutes away.....well I'm also a grumpy man who booked this hotel because I wanted to stay at kleopatra beach.....so held my ground and said we would sleep in the lobby...I was then given a pen and paper and was told to write there would be no comeback on the hotel if I took a room...I wrote the hotel is full of fleas and was given a room....actually on the better side..the other side face's another hotel......then made a cup of coffee....we bought our own kettle....then watched 2 other separate couples arriving...10 minutes later taxis arriving......the next day with saw the same happen to 4 other couples arriving and laughed because 10 minutes later a taxi would arrive and whisk them off.......shocking.......the rest is average.....food is average and boring drinks are beer wine and Turkish vodka only....even have to pay for raki....the entertainment was a fashion show and a raffle to go to the leather and fur warehouse with a 5 minutesbelly dance .....cleaning average to poor.....staff attitude average to un welcoming....arsi by name ...arsi by nature.....chose somewhere else.....and these are facts.....the location and cakes are good...
The overall experience was good, but it could be improved.
The toilets near the lobby smelled strange after cleaning. The rooms were okay, and the cleaning and preparation of the room were good. The food was good, but it could benefit from a greater variety of dishes and more fresh fruit. There was fruit available, but it did not look very appealing to eat.
Lobinin yakınındaki tuvaletler temizlikten sonra garip kokuyordu. Odalar iyiydi ve odaların temizliği ile hazırlanması başarılıydı. Yemekler güzeldi, ancak daha fazla çeşit yemek ve daha fazla taze meyve olabilirdi. Meyve vardı, fakat görünüşü çok iştah açıcı değildi.

It was a good hotel and a really good manager called cengiz really nice and friendly as well as the other staff member the food was OKAY and the location is perfect to the beach I can strongly recommend this place
Satisfied with my stay!
Very friendly staff. Good healthy food with good variety. Soap, cheese, sallad, meet, veggies and dessert on almost every meal. Free alcohol free drinks. Very close to the beach with possibility to book beach beds. Pool and sun places in the hotel. Children friendly!
