We had a wonderful stay at Kaila Krizantem Hotel! The food was delicious, and the view of the castle from our room was absolutely breathtaking. A special and huge thank you goes to the reception team Romina, Gabriela, Anna, and Dmitry. Throughout our entire vacation, they were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist us with any problems or questions we had. Their exceptional service truly made our holiday special. An incredible family holiday with world-class dining at Kaila Khrizantem! Our family is currently vacationing here in Alanya, and we are absolutely loving our stay at the Kaila Khrizantem Hotel. The weather is beautiful, and the sea is incredibly warm and perfect for swimming. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. However, the true highlight of our holiday has been the hotel restaurant. It deserves the highest praise! The dining experience here completely exceeded all our expectations. Every day, the variety of choices is simply staggering—there is an abundance of different dishes to suit every possible taste. Everything is prepared to absolute perfection, looks incredibly appetizing, and tastes even better. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the talented Head Chef Burçay and the entire restaurant team. You can truly feel the passion, dedication, and immense skill in his work. The restaurant staff also deserve a special shout-out—they are professional, lightning-fast, extremely friendly, and always welcome us with the warmest smiles.
