Wonderful second stay!
We are pleasantly surprised by our second stay at Kaila Krizantem Hotel. From the beginning to the end, we could count on the amazing help and support of Haci and the staff.
A special shoutout goes to the animation team from Alexandria (Czech Republic) led by the fantastic Cafer and Misza – they did an incredible job keeping everyone entertained from the morning activities (aqua zumba, water polo, etc.) till the night shows and beach parties. 😎
Also, a special shoutout to the bar — the best drink there was definitely the Negroni with Sprite! 🍹
The rooms are very clean and spacious, making our stay extremely comfortable.
The service in the restaurant is very kind and welcoming. The food is diverse and delicious, offering a great selection of meats, rice, vegetables, pasta, and tasty grilled fish. However, my absolute number one was the soufflé – it was simply delicious. Thank you, Chef! 😍 Highly recommended!
Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations! The fresh and spacious family room, the delicious and varied food, the proximity to the sea, the market and shopping center, the attentive and friendly staff—it's hard to single out just one highlight, because everything was top notch. Our family spent a wonderful 11 days at the hotel, and we really want to come back!
A Wonderful holiday experience at the Kaila Krizantem Hotel. Hotel is in prime location, exceptionally clean throughout, modern clean rooms, all restaurants were full of good tasty food and the staff were amazing, especially Dervish, the hospitality manager. We decided honour 2nd day that we would return again, it's simply that amazing 👏 We travel to Turkey 🇹🇷 alotand this hotel is one of the best 👌 See you again Kaila Krizantem Hotel and thanks for making our holiday special 😀 😊
The food was genuinely outstanding - every day the buffet offered something different, and there was truly something for everyone. Plenty of local Turkish cuisine, a wide variety of salads, dressings, and desserts that kept things fresh throughout the whole stay. The staff deserves a special mention - they went out of their way to make guests feel welcome, both in the restaurant and around the hotel. Would absolutely recommend.
Where do I start with this review - from the very beginning. After a 4 hour plane ride from Leeds Bradford and then a 2 1/2 hr transfer to this hotel, we arrived at 2.30 am to not a drink or snack being offered. Met the rep the next morning at 11am, booked a few trips for the five of us with him but later found out that we paid twice the price, sometimes more, if you book online or go outside the hotel a lot cheaper (so don’t book trips with the rep in the hotel). Boat trip we paid £45 but could have got it for £22 online. Jeep Safari we paid £60 but could have got it for £35 online. He also said that to keep your room on late check out would be around 10 euros but it is in fact it is between 50 or 60 euros to keep room until 6pm. Entertainment was nonexistent- games were put on board but most didn’t happen. The latest of the night entertainment in hotel ended around 22.30-23.00pm unless you wanted to go to a disco or beach party outside hotel costing between 15-30 euros each. Toilet seat broke in one room and was still broke when we left. Had to beg for toilet rolls and clean towels. We asked for a larger room (three adult women in one room) one double and one single bed but hardly any room for cases etc but never got moved. Paid 50 euros to keep one room on late check out until 6pm the day before we left and then the day of leaving was asked for more lira as rate had changed from day before. One of the rooms was not cleaned for two days also.
