Food, hospitality, kindness on top
First of all, the hotel staff is very hospitable and kind. The food and service are excellent, I recommend this hotel either to friends or family.
A wonderful stay at Kaila City!
We had a fantastic holiday at Kaila City. The hotel is clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The food was delicious, with plenty of choice every day, and the staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling.
The location is excellent – close to the beach, shops and everything you need. We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and had a wonderful time.
Everything was even better than we expected. We would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️🇹🇷
Wowzers
This was our first summer out of the uk for a holiday. It was also the kids first all Inclusive and I can’t begin to tell you how blown away they were. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The food was absolutely beautiful and even my incredibly fussy teen was well fed everyday. The staff were so warm and friendly. I honestly can’t fault any of it. An incredible start to our summer and I wish I’d booked longer than 10 days.

Relaxare și ospitalitate
I spent 8 nights at this hotel and can honestly say that I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Overall, my experience was very pleasant, and the atmosphere, services, and conditions provided all contributed to a lovely holiday.
I would, however, like to mention two small observations that I hope the hotel management will take into consideration.
The first concerns the doors to the guest rooms, which slam very loudly if they are not held and closed carefully. The noise can be quite disturbing, especially during the night, and can easily wake up other guests. It might be helpful to check the closing mechanism or consider installing door closers with dampening features.
My second observation is more related to the behaviour of some guests. Unfortunately, during the night, there were guests who did not respect the quiet hours and spoke extremely loudly or even shouted in the corridors. It would be helpful to remind guests of the hotel’s quiet-hour policy.
Apart from these points, everything was very good, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Many thanks to the entire team for their hospitality and for the wonderful moments spent here! These small issues certainly do not overshadow my overall experience, which was a very pleasant one.
