Super friendly people, spacious and clean Room. Good food with a LOT of fresh fruit and vegetable.🥰
BAD DONT BOOK
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL VERY VERY RUDE STAFF. Room was not ready when we arrived this was my girlfriend’s birthday and was completely ruined. Room was not ready they gave us a smaller room for the night . Cleaners was very rude when cleaning would look my girlfriend up and down giving her dirty looks . Food was terrible completely waste of money

Disappointing and far below expectations
Kaila City did not feel like a four-star hotel. The biggest concerns were food and hygiene: repetitive food, poor breakfast, flies around and inside buffet dishes, hairs in food, dead insects in spice containers, dirty plates and staff handling food with bare hands.
Several members of our family also became ill with a stomach bug during the stay.
Cats roamed freely inside the restaurant and on the terrace, and the lobby had a strong cat urine smell.
Other issues included musty-smelling towels, poor soundproofing, very loud evening music, a cramped dining area and no proper luggage room.
Overall, the hotel was well below what we expected. We would not stay here again.
