Took my daughter to the kids club with Irem she was really kind and caring when playing with her. Also did the kids entertainment at night with irem and my daughter loved the dances and learned them very fast with her.

As a business owner, I understand how difficult hotels are to operate. Exceptional hospitality is created by hundreds of people doing small things correctly every day. My partner Emilija and I did not arrive as typical holidaymakers. The airline lost our luggage, and we spent our first five nights stuck in an unsuitable hotel mis-sold by Thomas Cook. After exhausting all channels, we took responsibility, engaged with a TUI rep, and booked a nine-day stay at Kaila Beach Hotel. We arrived exhausted, looking for a sanctuary to recover. Kaila Beach became that exact space. The Frontline and Guest Care The reception desk sets the tone for the entire resort. We were welcomed warmly by Violeta and Rana at the desk, alongside Erdem the concierge. Rather than treating check-in as a rigid transaction, they handled us with genuine warmth, efficiency, and empathy that immediately re-established our peace of mind. Later, Nadine and Pascal from Guest Relations stood out for their active listening and true ownership of our comfort. At the Lobby Bar, Sarah, Sedef, Drusel, and Filiz did more than just serve great Turkish coffee—they created real conversations and showcased authentic hospitality. It is also reassuring to see the hotel’s integration with Viona (the smart AI platform by Eleythra), which genuinely assists guest requests. However, from a business perspective, I advise management to ensure the physical team remains in sync with what the system promises. Future guests read travel platforms for raw human truth before checking in, meaning your brilliant frontline staff will always be your greatest asset. Dining and Background Operations Buffet service is a punishing environment, yet the Restaurant Manager and his floor team—Erol, Irfan, Emrah, Denise, Husiene, and Maciede—worked tirelessly during peak rushes. Behind the scenes, Sous Chef Adem and his kitchen staff delivered an exceptional culinary baseline with remarkable variety and freshness. For a quiet change of pace, Ali and Nadia at the Patisserie Bar served every coffee and sweet with genuine care. Our room was beautifully maintained by Drusun from Housekeeping; every day we returned to a pristine space. To remain balanced, I must note that upon arrival, our bathroom dispensers lacked shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. However, I deeply respected how the hotel handled this operational gap. By the day we checked out, the team was actively installing brand-new, filled dispensers for the next guests. Seeing a business spot an oversight and fix it in real-time shows an incredibly responsive management culture. Wellness, Beach, and On-Site Services The Spa & Wellness Center was vital to our physical recovery. Ugur and Murat conducted a professional consultation, and our Hamam and massage treatments were executed flawlessly by Anna, Yunus, and Agni. Elsewhere on the property, we crossed paths with Soner, the hotel photographer, who interacted with families with authentic friendliness, and Aslan at the barber shop, who provided a premium haircut with superb attention to detail. A special mention must go to both Soner and Aslan for their exceptional standard of service. Furthermore, the private beach, kept immaculate by Mustafa and his team, features excellent facilities—including sunbeds and an orderly beach bar. Chilled water is also provided accessibly across the entire hotel and beach front, which was incredibly welcome under the warm 30°C sunshine. Final Reflection Hospitality is never truly measured by buildings or stars; it is measured by how people make you feel. We arrived carrying immense stress and left carrying beautiful memories.
