Great Hotel
We have just returned home after spending a lovely 10 days staying here. There are so many good points to this hotel including, all staff are very friendly and welcoming, nothing was ever too much trouble. The full hotel is spotless and there was lots of food options available, even for my 11 year old fussy eater. There are 3 pools and an underpass to a private beach which we thought was great. We ate breakfast and our evening meal within the buffet restaurant but mostly had lunch at the dolphin snack bar which had food such as pizza, cheese toasties and baked potatoes. I only have a few small negatives... our room was very small for 3 people. It was adequate and included everything needed but it would of been nicer to have a bit more space. Also sunbeds were left empty all day with towels placed on them, staff really need to be more on the ball to remove towels and stop this happening. As a side note, if you are booking day trips, please do so through your holiday rep and not through the excursions shop directly opposite the hotel front door... we were ripped off and totally miss sold a trip. I would like to leave a special mention for Nadia at the cake and coffee section, she was lovely! Really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Also Kurtulus the waiter in the buffet restaurant,he worked hard and made us laugh! The star of the hotel is definitely Hassan who was also a waiter in the buffet restaurant. My son absolutely loved him and he gave older brother vibes. My son looked forward to seeing him every night! He also worked really hard and was very 'on the ball'. As an animal lover I was upset to see so many cats and kittens uncared for last summer at a different part of Turkey. In Alayna the spay/neuter programme really seems to be working and I was so glad to see our hotel and many of the shop keepers in town looking after the cats and providing regular food. I would definitely return to this hotel!

Great hotel and amazing hairdresser.
This time my review is about the By Savas hair salon, located at the Kaila Beach Hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon! I am thrilled not only with the end result, but also with the entire visit. The hairdresser showed great dedication and professionalism - patiently advising me and helping me choose the perfect treatment for my hair. The execution itself was pure precision and incredible speed. In addition, the lovely, relaxed atmosphere made the time spent in the chair a real relaxation. I will definitely be back there! ❤️

Love love love
Such a great hotel!!! It looks amazing and the staff are amazing!! Everyone makes sure that you feel welcome and have fun, entertainment is great with different events every night (except for Sundays) and entertainment like darts games and water polo during the day! Entertainment staff (Suleyman, Irem) will always come up to you to make conversation to get to know you and get you involved, you feel very welcome!! The food is different everyday and is delicious, the bar staff sometimes memorise your drinks orders (if you’re there enough lol!) and the variety of cocktails is so good (more cocktails at the pool bar)! The rooms are lovely, the beds are comfy and if you have any issues the staff at reception are always there to help! The only thing is that Wi-Fi is spotty around the pool and some other areas of the hotel but you don’t really need that for a relaxing holiday anyways, would come here again 100% :)

Amazing hotel. Staff are so polite and helpful and the activities they host are fun. It is a very family friendly hotel and would recommend. I reccomend going to Suleyman and Irem for any problems as they are very helpful.

Fantastic hotel and facilities- all staff are amazing and very accommodating. Celebrating a birthday and they made it extra special. Highly recommend Suleyman lovely person and so very nice
