Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!
We were on vacation for a week, with 3 children at the end of August.
The place is just the right size and the location is really good for families with children. You can walk directly to the beach through the tunnel.
Breakfast and dinner are quite diverse. On the beach and dolphin snack are a simpler.
Family room was nice and hotel was very clean.
A really big and heartfelt thank you goes to the employees, especially you!
Nisa from the kids club, and Irem It's hard to put into words, but the kids fell in love with you completely.
Emre, from the bar next to the waterslides. A really nice and gets along really well with children. I would say the best bartender in the whole hotel.
THANK YOU You made our vacation unforgettable! I hope the hotel takes good care of you (good employees are hard to find) and i really hope that we see you again next year!

Food at 19:00 was very good often grilled meat and fish, pool side had very bad music where the adults stayed, old 1970s music very bad vibe. There are not enough sun beds and you have to go early to get them. The doctor 24 was very bad they want us to pay 200€ for one medication package because in Europe we have incurance big scam! This hotell is 4 stars hotell.
Cockroach in our room - bad experience
Title: Far below a five-star standard
We stayed at Kaila Beach Hotel expecting a five-star experience, but unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing.
We found a cockroach in our room, which we photographed. After reporting it, it took the hotel more than an hour to send someone to remove it.
The glasses and cups at the pool bar were repeatedly dirty and appeared not to have been properly cleaned, making it unpleasant and unhygienic to drink from them. Housekeeping was also inconsistent: after our room had supposedly been cleaned, the bedsheets were not changed, and on some occasions, we did not receive fresh towels.
These are not things we would normally complain about at every hotel, but when a hotel presents itself as a five-star establishment, basic cleanliness and proper housekeeping should be standard.
We asked for a late checkout as a small gesture of compensation for finding a cockroach in our room and for the long wait to have it removed. The hotel refused and told us we would have to pay for it. They did not offer any form of apology or compensation.
Overall, this was a very poor experience and nowhere near the standard we expected from a five-star hotel. We will not be returning.
