Travellers will be delighted to know that the centre of Alanya with its countless shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached within a short stroll. The famous tourist attractions such as the castle, the Red Tower, the Damlatas Caves or the Archaeological Museum are also within easy reach. Guests can unwind and enjoy a sunny say day sunbathing by the outdoor swimming pool or having a refreshing swim in it. The spa will spoil and relax visitors. All rooms are decorated with a combination of bright and warm colours to create a cosy atmosphere. They are well equipped with amenities for guests' comfort and convenience.

Staff Crossing the Line with Guests
I had an experience so unsettling that it completely ruined my view of the hotel’s other services. The restaurant manager decided to pursue a romantic involvement with me, even texting me that he wanted to 'get to know me better' while I was on my way home. It is deeply disappointing to realize that all his professional attentiveness and conversations with me and my group were just a way to fulfill his personal motives. I am sharing this to warn future guests that some staff members here treat customers as dating prospects rather than respecting professional boundaries.
Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful time,. Thank you Hatipoglu 🤗nice staff good food and room cleaning every day. Coming back to this place next time we wisit Alanya
Bad service
The room was dirty before we even stayed night there, rubbish on the floor and hair on the bed.
Breakfast was most of the time really lame, sometimes mushrooms and pancakes was something different.
Staff were most part women, NOT EVEN ONCE IN WHOLE WEEK didn’t even say good morning, so service sucks. Same in the evening. No smiles, no nothing.
The one waitress (man) started to flirt, and we wasn’t interesting to it, so it was pretty hard to eat there everyday, when you see someone is looking at you and approach us most of the time while dinner. And it didn’t feel great, when he started to plan dates and started to sexualize our looks.
The disapointment was also that if you take ”half board”, drinks even water are not included to the price.
Most of the time waiters lean tables, while we waited someone coming to ask what we want to drink during dinner. Some days we needed to go to bar ask drinks by ourself, cause no one didn’t approach us while eating.
Location was good and also the airconditioner in the room, when you open the balconys door, the machine turns off.
Near hotel small market, where you can buy drinks, sweets, souveniers.
I think we paid too much about the holiday, including bad service and other.
very nice holiday
Excellent value for money, clean, tidy, great and friendly staff and the location is great being very close to the beach and the city centre. The food is first class in both quality and choice. I do agree with other reviews that the pool area is somewhat limited regarding sunshine but like I say, great value for money.
Not recomended
I was given a room next to the external air conditioner fans on the first floor. I asked for a room change three days in a row because of the noise, but all I got was excuses from the reception. I do not recommend the hotel, lest you have the same bad luck.
