its a dark hole that no one should enter
DO NOT STAY HERE... management are awful. as is the hotel.
upon arrival we went to our room (late) the bathrooms well.... you'd be cleaner before you got in the shower than if you got in it. painted tiles that is flaking off everywhere/broken tiles/mould all over the grout in the tiles. hairs all over the room, stained bedding, even had light socket not fixed to the wall properly (very dangerous) smashed mirror in the lift, food left in communal area for over 24 hours.
we went down for breakfast to find soggy veg (broccoli/sweet corn) nothing edible. meat and cheese no cereals
stopped one night and that was one too many. found a new hotel as the mould in the room was too much of an issue for 2 of our group with asthma issues

Worst hotel I have ever stayed, beds are filthy, food is terrible please don't book this hotel u will regret it.
Awful hotel, wouldn’t recommend
, from the minute we got there, we were being pressured by someone to buy excursions via him and no one else, offering ‘the best price’ (£40 more then we had payed via virgin days)very limited food and drinks options, not only that, the food that was there was covered in flies and wasps, to the point the covered one of the high chairs, in the corner of the restaurant in something sweet, to attract all the wasps there instead… Would not recommend and will never being visiting again..
Excellent Service, Friendly Staff, and Great Food
I recently stayed at Grand Alisa Hotel and had a really good experience overall. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were always friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. The food was great with plenty of options, and everything tasted fresh. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.
Overall, I’d rate my stay 9 out of 10 and would definitely consider coming back again.
Pathetic
Hotel ok nothing fancy certainly not a 4 star As a English family of 3 adults and one child the all inclusive is absolutely pathetic nothing on in a day or a night the food was an absolute disgrace went to reception on a few occasions she said write down what yous would like the chef would cook it never has now this is day of 7 went to have a look at what was on mainly what was in for dinner wedges and some sort of pizza I would never come again day 4 of going out to eat again up to now that every meal we have had to go out if reading this and you are English please change hotel I’m trying to get in contact with my travel agent we have been asking since we got up on day one to move (loveholidays) not interested at all this hotel has ruined our holiday but seriously if you are English change this hotel we have 3 days left
