Location was brilliant everything is walking distance from beach shops caves cablecars , atmosphere was amazing relaxing, room had everything to hand cleaned every day, we went all inclusive different meals every day from breakfast lunch and dinner restaurant staff very attentive to details cleaned tables getting your drinks, hotel was very clean all the toilet all very clean, Restful stay , the service at the hotel was very good bell boy to help with suitcases check in was hassle free restaurant staff amazing bar staff very attentive to your needs . We are booking again for a longer stay 😊

Great hotel, amazing location, lovely people and great food
Amazing family stay, will definitely come back this year
We had a wonderful family holiday at this hotel in July 2025. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located right in front of Cleopatra Beach. The rooms are not very large, but they are comfortable, cosy, and well-maintained. What made our stay truly special was the service. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and welcoming. The food was delicious, with a good selection of dishes every day, and the view from the restaurant was absolutely amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alanya. We look forward to coming back again this year!

High quality and professional staff and service focused work. Money doesn't come first but service they provide places first. The best dishes and great kitchen. Wonderful location and beach. One of the best places in the world for me. I come every year and I definitely recommend everyone to come and enjoy this fascinating experience!
Lovely hotel not very friendly
Location is quite but lovely. very little English spoken mainly German guests who take over the hotel ! Rooms were very clean fresh water given everyday and beds changed . If your a picky eater this hotel isnt for you at all . Beach is lovely with free towels and sun beds over all the hotel it's self is beautiful but wouldnt vist again
