Wonderful family hotel. We would love to come back!
We had a fantastic holiday at Club Sidar Hotel with our family. The hotel has a large and lovely pool, perfect for both kids and adults.
This was our fourth time staying here, and we’re still just as happy as the first time! The cleanliness was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of them speak English, which made communication easy. A special thanks to Ilkay, who provided excellent service and did everything to make sure our family had a pleasant stay. Most of the guests were Swedish, Danish, and Finnish, which created a relaxed and familiar atmosphere at the hotel.
We would absolutely recommend Club Sidar Hotel to others and would definitely consider coming back!
Stay clear
Aside from the pool itself being quite nice (if you wake up at 04:30 to «reserve» your sunbeds), everything else is absolutely terrible. Rooms are very run down, staff is lazy and most are unfriendly. Everything costs extra inside the hotel area, even wifi and AC. Restaurant, mini shop and bar prices are sky high. First time we have been in Turkey and will for sure never return after this disappointment.

Nice hotel - friendly staff
Nice and friendly hotel. Very clean rooms and smiling and friendly staff. We have been at the hotel many times and it is always a pleasure to be back at the hotel. Nice big pool area - good food at the hotel. We have tried several hotels in Alanya but we always go back to Club Sidar. The best massage I have ever had. During my holiday, I booked six massage sessions here, and I have had massages in many different countries and places before, but the massages here are simply the best I have ever experienced.
Every session has been a new experience, and the therapists know exactly how to work on tension and knots, leaving my whole body feeling refreshed and renewed.
I can highly recommend booking a massage at the hotel – it is worth every penny. The staff in the Spa & Wellness department are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the treatment rooms are always spotless, clean, and beautifully maintained.
Booked and Confirmed, Yet Left Without a Room
An extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. We had a confirmed reservation, but upon arrival we were shocked to be told that there was no room available for us. This shows serious mismanagement and a complete lack of organization. No proper solution or assistance was offered, and the staff handled the situation in a very unprofessional manner. There was no respect for guests or their confirmed bookings. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone, as they clearly do not honor reservations or value their customers.

Not friendly
We were there from 19/6 untill 26/7. It's a nice hotel, housekeeping was very good. Only the staff was very rude, not in the mood for a conversation, always in a bad mood and letting you feel like youre a burden. I've been in turkey many times and I never experienced staff like that. They are always looking angry and annoyed and thet were never laughing. I saw a couple of them laughing 1 time, and that was about another guest and the way she looked, they made fun of her. Very rude. Everyone looks like they are forced to work there and prefer to stay home. Because of that I would not recommend coming here. I always stayed in hotels where staff was very friendly en made you feel warm and welcome. The opposite is happening here.
