Perfect communication with the staff. Helpful staff. Great breakfast and the rest services. Great location. Comfortable staying and all the facilities at all. Very accommodating place. Hairdryer and water bottles are available in the room. Housekeeping service available.
Great place in front of the beach!
The hotel was wonderfully cozy and inviting. Misra and Melis at reception were exceptionally welcoming, always greeting guests with warm smiles. The breakfast was satisfying and plentiful, and the room design was thoughtfully crafted, adding to the overall charm.

Short stay experience
Good breakfast served here, due to our flight delay we couldn’t enjoy our day stay fully but I can say the location is perfect for a city stay and best beach experience since easy to access to cleopatra beach and staff is available for your needs, they are helpful for sure.
Chaotic, disorganized staff who lacked experience in customer service and motivation to work
Promised high floor, got 2nd. Toilet broken all day despite 4 requests. Moved rooms late at night, only by help of Turkish speaking guest. Poor breakfast, inconsistent service, staff unprofessional. Guests treated unequally…………………..
