I was in the hotel for the second time because the first trip was great. Unfortunately, the second time I was very disappointed. The largest group of guests in the hotel was from Ukraine, the second group of guests were Germans. Only German and Russian music flew by the pool during the day - you could really get enough of it. Sometimes there was an English-language song Visitors from Ukraine and Germany were treated as a priority and with greater respect. During the meals, guests from Ukraine were reckoning with no one - they pushed themselves to the bemarow between other guests When one of the guests from Germany pointed out that this is not the way to do it, the answer was I AM FROM RUSSIA or I AM FROM RUSSIA - this is the height of insolence I believe. I fly to Turkey several times a year and it was the first time I encountered something like this, which caused the hotel to lose a lot and I heard many times that someone would never come back to this hotel again. I personally wondered if I was in Turkey or Ukraine. There is a barbershop by the pool where a boy who offers eyelashes, eyebrows and other services works. A friend built up eyebrows and paid a deposit of 50 EU but after thinking about how this service is performed and whether she gave up in good ink because everyone has the right to do so. She was then treated very badly and the young boy was very vulgar and rude. The mini bar in the room during the 8 days of stay was replenished only twice by the water itself without carbonated drinks, tea or coffee. I am very disappointed with my stay and regret it because I will not go back there again
I visited with my brother Blake, my parents and my grandparents, and we all had an amazing time. The animation team were brilliant, especially Sinan — he made every activity fun, whether it was darts, volleyball or football. He’s also a fantastic DJ and created such a great atmosphere throughout our stay.
Overall, he really helped make the whole experience unforgettable.
This is the second time ive stayed in this resort now, and i must say, this hotel will always hold a place in my heart. The location is amazing, its a 5 minute walk from bus stops going either way to side and manavgat or the other way to alanya. The holiday atmosphere is always well and truly alive, theres always something going on, whether its the animation team getting everyone involved in the games and activities, or keeping the kids occupied with the kids club, and then the parties and live music on the pool island. The rooms are lovely, only issue I find with this hotel in terms of the rooms is that they dont do actual double beds its just two singles pushed together which always has that inevitable void appear in the middle. Also, we booked a double room but was given a twin room, not that it bothers me too much as it can get a bit hot in the night if you dont perfect the air-conditioning. Throughout the hotel the cleaners and staff keep the whole place immaculate. Really clean and neat throughout. The only let down we had was that the room when we first checked in hadn't been deep cleaned. I don't mind too much as I like to give surfaces a clean before I use them anyway but there were visible toothbrush marks on the sink in the bathroom and hair on the sides in the bedroom and my girlfriend wasnt too pleased about it but it is what it is. Took me 2 minutes to sort out myself. The drinks choices on the all inclusive is great with a large selection of cocktails included, though I would say the menu could do with a freshen up as its been the same cocktails here for the past 8 years and they get a bit sickly after a couple. The evening entertainment is outstanding, they throw parties on the pool island but they dont finish stupidly late like some hotels ive stayed at and the animation team leader Omer is amazing at his job. We didnt get involved too much this time with the daytime activities because this was a very much needed reset and relax holiday, but he was always so pleasant every morning when walking past. The hotel seem to have upped their sun lounger game since the last time I was here and there were more than enough loungers for everyone in the hotel, and they dont allow anyone to reserve one until 8am to make it as fair as possible for everyone. Theres multiple optional extras you can pay for if you want to such as a hairdressers / Turkish Barbers, a tattoo studio, the massage and spa centre and the seperate milkshake / cocktail bar, but be prepared to stand your ground and be firm if you dont want to use the extra facilities as they do approach you poolside. I would definitely recommend getting a Turkish bath at the beginning of the holiday though. The textiles shop inside the hotel is a little expensive but they do have a few bargains in there. The shopping centre along the outside of the hotel are really good and they have some great prices on bits and pieces and the shopping strip/square area up the street is really good as well, but the guys in there can be really pushy with some aggressive sales tactics in use. You can get the bus to manavgat bus station by going through the underpass to the other side of the highway, the bus takes you to the bus station and then from there, you can either walk round to the kapali carsi or get a bus on a monday or Thursday to the market bazaar which is great, some amazing bargains to be had there. The water park on the other side of the underpass is also amazing and theres a lady that does freshly made to order authentic Turkish flatbreads which are a must try. The staff overall are lovely, theres a few times the staff havent been great and have been a bit rude, specifically in the fancy bar, but I can appreciate that this is close to the end of the season and they are probably really exhausted and have had some not so great customers to contend with over the past few months. Would I come back again for a third time? Honestly, yes. I love this place. And while they have a few things they could improve on, it truly is the gem of Alanya. Bonus picture included of the very best bartender / staff member of the holiday! Thank you again Alaiye.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from the very beginning — the service was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, and our room was always clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, with plenty of different options, and we really enjoyed every meal. There were also lots of fun activities and great entertainment, so we never got bored. The beach was beautiful and very well maintained, and there were so many amazing photo spots around the hotel. The whole place feels cozy, comfortable, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday and had an amazing time. We rested, relaxed, had fun, ate delicious food, and made wonderful memories. 100% recommend this hotel! We would definitely love to come back!
