kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum rezil oldum .I definitely do not recommend it. I was embarrassed at night.
berbat otel bana ait olan odaya başka bir musteri girebiliyor. kesinlikle güvenlik endişeli bir otel. gece 00.57 de yazıyorum gezmeden geldim odamda başka biri yatıyor.resepsiyon çalışanı müşteriye her kapıyı açan kapi kartını vermiş kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum temizlik de sıfır ötesi bir durum . dikkate alın. olay sonrası sadece gece müdürü özür diledi . olay yarin sabah kopacak bakalım .
.Terrible hotel. Another guest can enter my room. This hotel definitely has security concerns. I'm writing this at 12:57 AM, having just arrived without exploring, and someone else is sleeping in my room. The receptionist gave the customer the door key that opens every door. I definitely don't recommend it. The cleanliness is beyond reproach. Be careful. Only the night manager apologized after the incident. We'll see what happens tomorrow morning.
Holiday from hell
Absolute joke we booked this hotel as pictures looked nice 👌 nice pool rooms around pool when we arrived we were sent across the road to the other part of hotel rooms are shocking dirty cleaners lazy. No one smiles are talks to you wanted £150 to move to the main side of hotel they don’t advertise the other hotel the dump Food is ok there’s always something to eat but hasn’t got name on so you havnt. A clue what your eating not enough loungers on beach no snacks at beach definitely won’t return AVOID
The worst most dirty hotel we ever been to
The worst hotel We ever been to in Alanya, It was dirty, bathrooms full of mold. They never changes the beds or clean. We got food poisen the second day there so we ate out of the hotel the rest of ouer nearly 3 weeks stay. So stay away from this hell hotell
Very poor hotel
We arrived at 4am and was put in a disabled access room. The room was grubby and floor was sandy. I stood on a screw and hurt my foot( we found 3 screws on the floor on entry). Towel rail was loose on wall and no sheet on bed. We complained the next morning to love holidays rep who told us we could upgrade for 90€. We upgraded and was given a room on the 4th floor which hadn't even been cleaned from the last people staying there. There was false nails and hair everywhere, dirty sheets, dirty toilet/bathroom, floor stinking, full bin and ashtray. We complained and was told they would sort it. My husband complained to the big boss who was on site that day and was told he would talk to the contract manager! We felt intimidated and uneasy by the response they gave us. The food was the same every night and often cold. It wasn't labelled so we didn't know what we were eating and when we asked if it was gluten free we were told "if you dont like the food move to a different hotel!" The entertainment staff were brilliant the only good thing I have to say about our stay!

Noisy music and loud DJ
We are staying in a small hotel next to this hotel and it’s ruining our vacation. The noise is u speakable. It starts 10 a.m. and goes on and on. Makes me wonder who can stay at this hotel??? Don’t they have to respect other visitors in the neighborhood?
