Nico was incredible and a fantastic person
Very nice hotel
Very good and very big, there are lots of free time activities for young and old and the service is excellent. The pools are very big and there are enough lying abilities. The food could be improved at some points, but based on the previous review, there is nothing to complain about.
Ciao restaurant
An excellent experience in the Ciao restaurant eating as a family of 4 with two young children. The staff were so friendly and the food was delicious! We would highly recommend to all.
Family meal
Had the most amazing meal at the bones & grill, the staff where amazing went above & beyond for my daughters 6th birthday making her feel so special thank you ☺️
Brilliant 2 week family holiday !
Family of 4, 2 adults and 2 Children ( 13 & 9 ) - 2 weeks in June 2026.
We had a brilliant holiday , clean and well presented rooms, great quality and variety of food at the buffet and à la carte restaurants provided a great change of scenery.
We stayed as Landi guests and made use of the allocated sunbeds / bar area which was always kept clean and tidy.
There was one day the bar which is solely for Landi use was going to be removed , but after speaking to reception and managerial staff , stating the need to keep it due to the long walk to the other pool to access alcoholic spirits, they agreed to keep it open. The bar staff we met here , Cande, Jorge and Youness amongst others were all great , very friendly and always serving lovely cocktails , snacks and ice creams round the Landi area ! Thanks for making our stay brilliant!
Special thanks for Mafer who provided entertainment around the Landi sunbed area. She even got me to try Yoga !! She’s always very bubbly , friendly and offered help with what ever we needed! An asset to the hotel ! Her enthusiasm with aqua aerobics was noted by many… maybe provide her with some more games that could be played in Landi area , darts ? Shuffleboard ?
When arriving at the hotel , for our first week they were using strong plastic recyclable cups. Half way into our holiday they removed these and started using paper ones! After a chat with management , this was apparently due to people binning the plastic ones. The paper ones we not great, our alcoholic drinks would make them disintegrate. If we could suggest charging a deposit for the first cup and this would only be repayable upon taking the cup back to be recycled ? This would omit the problem of binning them. Other hotels have this in place already.
If we could suggest a couple of points to the hotel it would be to have the pool tables outside the arcade area as it’s very noisy in there. An extra pool table and ping pong table in the Landi area would be great as it’s such a long walk to the sports area. Maybe some more signage highlighting the Landi bar as I think some guests did not realise it was available. Plus the times of the Landi Bar could match the other bar timings and close at 6pm? To pay more for a Landi pass but to get a shorter time of service at the bar seems a little unfair.
All in all we had a brilliant holiday and would recommend the hotel to others !
