Having fabulous views over the Atlantic Ocean, this family-friendly hotel is situated close to a volcanic beach with black sand on the picturesque coast of Santiago del Teide, Tenerife. The closest airport is about 30 minutes away by car. Guests will not have enough time to enjoy everything the property has to offer. The outdoor pool area is the best option where to spend the day resting on a sunbed sunbathing or having a refreshing swim. For the active ones, there are plenty of activities to rise the heart rate. The complex offers delightful local and international meals that will certainly pleas all types of tastes. Guests can visit the bar to have a couple of drinks. The rooms have been decorated with light colours creating an elegant and minimalist style. They have cosy beds and are perfectly equipped to please each guest’s need and make them have the best and most unforgettable stay.

Wonderful vacation
Me and my husband are going to spend this summer already our third vacation in this magical hotel! There is absolutely no reason to hestitate a minute more to book it. Staff, service, food, pool, cleanliness... everything is on top level! :-) Thank you for your great work for this marvelous place. Lucia and Lukáš

Perfect
Absolutely nothing to fault 10/10 spent 10 days here and would absolutely recommend it. Clean rooms, lovely location with an English and Irish bar close by only an hour on the bus to get to Siam park and the Costa adeji market, great food selection and different choices at the pool bar. The staff also 10/10 at both the bar and the entertainment team very friendly and made us feel welcome and involved. Irene. Andrea and Anton are brilliant at their jobs and made the atmosphere very enjoyable. Would definitely return and would and have already recommended to family and friends. We also only had the all inclusive plus not the premium and for the price could not see the point in upgrading so I would not say it is needed at all.
Overall a great experience
This is our 4th visit in 2 years we first went in January 2025 and the hotel and staff were amazing.
The hotel is clean enough however it is the entertainment staff who make your holiday.
However on this last visit the entertainment arena was shut due to it being renovated and was held at the pool area instead it just didn't have the same atmosphere.
Also, the food in the main dining area was mediocre this time, much of the same therefore we had to eat out 6 days out of the 9.
I would suggest getting the beds daily as we did it does give you comfort and quiet.
We must give a big shout out though to the following members of staff (bar staff) Patricia, Estoban & Jordi. And the entertainment team Irene, Andrea, Anton & Manu......not forgetting Mr Teeth......... you are all an absolute asset to the hotel.
Overall we have always had a great experience and will be going back January 2027 however will only be once a year now.

Very nice experience
The hotel is at very nice location. Rooms are nice and cozy and the aren’t dark. Atmosphere of this hotel is stellar, there is alot of flowers, which I personally like. Everything is clean, not much to debate on that. Noise is non existant in here, it is calm. You recieve bunch of amenities, such as: dental kit. For what you pay for, this is very nice and worth every penny. Last but not least, staff. They are friendly and smile at you every time, especially Sandra P.
I’d love to come back here again next year!

Absolutely amazing hotel. We've been on many all inclusive holidays around the world and I have to say this is outstanding. The food is unreal both in the restaurant and pool snack bar and the care and attention when catering for my dad who is Celiac is outstanding. The whole hotel and pool area is spotless, neat, and beautiful. The staff can't do enough for you and nothing is too much trouble. They even have a man with his hawks come every day to keep pigeons away! Fabulous programme of quality evening entertainment. It's our last day here today and I'm already looking at booking to come back .... which is something we rarely do as we usually like different places. Lovely little resort too, perfect for a chilled holiday. ❤️👌
