This beautiful hotel is situated overlooking the Atlantic Ocean close to the impressive cliffs of Los Gigantes, in Santiago Del Teide. The Teide National Park can be reached within a short drive and the airport is about 35 minutes’ drive. The beach is just a few steps away, the city centre and numerous shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are within walking distance. It features outdoor swimming pools, one children's pool and a variety of sports facilities. Guests can enjoy a delicious meal in the onsite restaurant. The rooms are decorated with light colours and are well equipped with all the essential amenities needed to have a comfortable holiday.

Just returned from a week here had no issues at all always found a sunbed,always found food to eat,awesome animation team-special mention to Bart who my daughter loved- so much he came to see us on his day off to say goodbye.Made some amazing memories and new great friends !!

SAVE UR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE.
If you’re English, don’t stay here. The hotel turned off the England vs Norway match before it had even finished, yet they happily left the Spain game on until 1am. It was clear they didn’t care about England fans. Save yourself the frustration and watch the football in one of the bars outside the hotel instead.
The rest of the hotel wasn’t much better. The main pool was dirty, smelly, and the water looked unclean, with food left on the floor and sunbeds packed in everywhere. Dinner was the same random food every single night.
Overall, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
Avoid if you don't want a rowdy aggressive style holiday
This hotel was recommended to us as a good last minute deal by Tui. I don't recommend it to middle age couples/families. The British were drunk fighting every night, hammering doors down at all hours. Aggressive to you when you pulled them up for pushing in front and grabbing food. Hotel was clean, but staff never acknowledged you. No kettles/tea/coffee facilities in your room. Large queues all day for drinks, lots of drinks werent included in the all inclusive. Food was the same every night and they don't cater for any food allergies. Definitely won't be staying here again

great hotel and service, amazing location. rooms were cleaned well. however we did notice that the chicken nuggets were very pink, otherwise the food was good.
Good hotel
The hotel was absolutely amazing. The food was class, the staff was always very friendly. The highlight was the animation staff who were always getting you up and going for activities. Dominik and rayane were great and told me i should pursue getting a job in entertainment like them. Definitely will look into it. Thanks!
