We stayed here a week and July and it was an okay hotel. The staff were all friendly and the rooms were good and clean. However i found it quite jarring that we had to pay €1 for a cup for the drinks at the bar despite paying for all inclusive and if you didn’t have the €1 you weren’t given drinks so I felt that we weren’t really given the best of the all inclusive we paid for. Along with that the bar didn’t have a typical cocktail menu to enjoy and cocktails I’d asked for the staff didn’t know so I really didn’t feel you get worth your money for the bar. Breakfast was good as we knew what we would get but lunch and dinner we rarely enjoyed (could be a preference thing) but it was pretty much fish every night with one other meat if we were lucky so the selection was really small and we most of the time had to eat out - again this is all down to preference. I really didn’t feel we got the best of the all inclusive considering how much we paid. We also had to change the key card almost daily because they stopped working. Beyond this the location was really nice and 20min drive from Costa Adeje.

Great location, lovely atmosphere. spacious, clean rooms. very clean all round the hotel. nice quiet area. room service excellent. Amenities good. good value for money
It’s okay!
The rooms were pretty clean and spacious. The staff are friendly but unfortunately the food wasn’t be best selection or tasting. The entertainment is lack luster- one very lovely woman trying her best but could do with some live acts to draw in a crowd. All inclusive drinks stop at 11pm which is a bit disappointing- although the drinks were poured very strong!- as a strong drink lover It was far too much for me. The value for money is there but depends if you are looking for a quiet not much to do holiday, if you are looking for do lots of attractions stay closer to Costa Adeje xx
Great short break
A good location not far from the beach and los Gigantes. Hotel staff efficient and friendly, very clean throughout, there was always something that we liked to eat in the restaurant
Lovely relaxed ladies holiday
Lovely relaxed week at the Lagos De Cesar Hotel (10th-17th June).
Pros:
- No queuing for sunbeds, pool opens at 10am, this was fab. You could always get a bed.
- Hardly any children at the hotel. Which suited us ladies.
- Spotlessly clean, they work very hard.
- Hats off to some staff in particular - Hermonia & Martin in the bar, Linda entertainment. 👏👏👏
- Totally chilled atmosphere, great for couples or older friends.
- Central location in a quiet resort. Near buses and a short walk into Las Arenas. You can walk to Los Gigantes but it was too far for us and used taxis who were amazing and so cheap (10€ to get there 6€ return due to roads they have to take, book in reception).
- Amazing group called Divalicious on the Sunday night, don’t miss these, they were brilliant.
- Towels available at reception 10€ refundable on return.
Cons:
- Food isn’t brilliant but we didn’t starve by no means.
- Drinks were ok…..cocktail of the day if on all inclusive, these were nice. We bought proper spirits for our room 😂.
- Very little there for kids, they would get bored.
- Building work going on in reception, this was noisy and not good to be greeted by this on arrival! We were not informed beforehand!
- Some very rude guests staying at this hotel, please and thank you costs nothing, felt for the staff dealing with this daily!
- Not a 4* probably more of a 3*.
Would we stay again, yes we would, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
