This attractive hotel, completely refurbished in spring 2012, enjoys a wonderful location in the La Paz district of Puerto de la Cruz, just 300 metres away from the Botanical Garden and 1 km away from the beach and the famous Lago Martiánez salt water pools by renowned artist César Manrique. The city centre with its picturesque narrow streets, squares and multitude of bars and cafés as well as shops can be reached within a short stroll. Features of the hotel include a 300 m2 outdoor pool, a children's pool and an indoor pool, all of them heated in winter. Guests will appreciate services and amenities such as a children's playground, a complimentary sauna as well as a complimentary shuttle service to the centre. The restaurant with terrace offers delicious Canarian and international cuisine. A lovely place for couples and families for a beach holiday close to all amenities of urban life.

Great hotel
A great hotel with a wonderful view and clean rooms. The breakfast and dinner were perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay.
A Perfect Family Getaway – Relaxing, Friendly, and Delicious!
We recently stayed at this hotel as a family with our 2-year-old child, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the peaceful, calm atmosphere – exactly what we needed for a relaxing break with a toddler.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and genuinely welcoming towards our little one. The food was a real highlight: a fantastic variety of dishes, all delicious and beautifully prepared, with plenty of options to please both adults and a fussy toddler.
Getting to the city centre was easy thanks to the convenient transfer service – stress-free and perfect for families. The pool and garden were immaculately maintained, offering a lovely space to unwind while our child played safely.
Overall, a wonderful stay that we would highly recommend to any family looking for a calm, welcoming hotel with great food and excellent facilities. We can't wait to return!

Excellent hotel at outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz
Excellent hotel located at outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz. The location is quiet and relaxing. If you want to go downtown, it is a 20 minute walk to the centre, which can be done also using the shuttle service of the hotel. The personal is extremly polite, professional and helpful. The rooms are nice and spacious and have modern furnishings. The buffet for breakfirst and dinner is fully equipment. I personally enjoyed the fresh salads and vegetables. Fish and meat are freshly prepared right before the guests' eyes. Bar with daily changing evening events was each day an excellent finish.

Great hotel, great staff, return visit
We love this hotel and will be back in 2027. Peaceful quiet and relaxing stay. Staff are great. Food amazing and the hotel is spotless.
