Relaxed stay
I had a room overviewing the pool and sun from about 1500. Nice room with a fan and a refrigerator. Pool with saltwater and plenty of sunbeds. Good cleaning every day. Friendly and serviceminded personell. Food is nice with a bit of taste for everyone.
Chill among tropical palms
The cozy atmospfere of our calm room surrounded by a tropical garden enhanced the entire atmosphere of the island. The most adorable part of your stay waits until morning or evening in the kitchen. The incredible spanish specialities combined with continental cuisine have always been a pleasure for our tongues.
No fridge
Good hotel and location but the room has no fridge and the man in the bar wouldn't give us some ice. He was very rude. Have been living here before but not again.

Excellent base for a stay in Puerto de la Cruz
Location brilliant, room more than adequate for our needs. Hotel upgraded us for nominal fee due to 4 adults sharing, value great Clean as a whistle Lovely and quiet Staff amazing all very cheerful and very helpful nothing seemed to be too much trouble Pool, bar, restaurant all very good We thought website said this hotel had no lift but pleased to say yes there is

Excellent
We were looking for a short sunny break and were so pleased we found this gem of a hotel. The garden terrace room was a good size, recently furbished, with large shower room. All impeccably clean. Friendly staff and gardens well kept! Breakfast had a great selection. We visited during Storm Theresa, so didn't quite get the sun we expected, but compliments to the staff, for attending to the concerns of guests, with reassurance and professionalism. Would recommend 😀
