The Perla Tenerife Hotel offers half board and all inclusive stays, and is situated in a quiet residential area of Puerto de La Cruz. It's a fantastic location. Sub-tropical trees partially surround the hotel grounds and give a feeling of being close to nature here. You can really get a feel for the undulating landscape of Tenerife here too, with a mountain peak rising up in the near distance.

If you want to see a little bit more of Tenerife's exotic landscape then there aren't many better locations. There are some excellent views of the mountains from the beach – and that's just twenty minutes' walk away. (Or get there even quicker by free shuttle bus.)
The famous Taoro is even closer. Here, you can roam through the winding trails amid lush vegetation and really feel at one with it all. Even with all the other attractions of offer, this is somewhere you'll want to come back to.

Fatal hotel INSERSO
Viaje por el inserso personal 10 habitación bien ..hotel muy lejos del centro y todo cuestas o escalones para bajar..la comida de mala calidad y sin variedad todos los dias lo mismo mal cocinada insípida etc mejor buscar otro hotel este no compensa solo el personal ...lo demás mala experiencia

No es posible que el responsable de mundicolor no busque solución para el servicio que se está dando en este hotel en relación a la comida para los pensionistas,ralla lo incomible

Viaje a finales de mayo de 2026. Las tres estrellas son muuuuy generosas. La ubicacion es mala , esta a 2,5 Km del centro de la ciudad .Pero lo malo es que hay desniveles del 15% y tramos de escaleras de 180 peldaños. La comida es mala y poco variada ,lo unico que se salva es el desayuno y tampoco es nada del otro mundo. El comedor es muy pequeño y te obligan a comer en turnos mas propios de centroeuropa que de españa. El personal se exfuerza en agradar y son muy educados como el pueblo canario en general, ellos no son los responsable de este desproposito de hotel, pero . . . . Resumiendo: Si tienes pensado venir al puerto de la cruz , te recomiendo que busques otra opcion.

Una muy mala experiencia
Ubicacion malisima Bufet muy deficiente La television es por wifi y funciona fatal, se corta infinidad de veces Instalaciones malas la cafeteria bastante pequeña Entretenimiento la animacion termina a las 10 de la noche y a las 11 cierran el bar, como en los alrededores no hay nada de nada pues es como que te mandaran a la cama a las 11. No entiendo que varemos utiliza el inserso para valorar a los hoteles, pues pagando todos lo mismo haya una diferencia tan grande de unos hoteles a otros. Lo unico bueno es el personal, que en general es bastante agradable

RESUMEN: Si pueden NO VAYAN
Arriba de Pto de la Cruz. No a la altura del Teide pero subir desde la zona de playa y turismo del pueblo exige un buen nivel fisico. Obligatorio Taxi de 5 a 7 euros.
Comedor. Colas para entrar. Muy pequeño. Mesas apiñadas. Bufet siempre pendiente de reponer. Desayuno bien. Comida/cena nivel calidad bajito. Sin comparacion con otros hoteles del Imserso.
Habitación tipo apartamento con vitro desconectada y nada de vajilla. Ni siquiera un par de tazas para poder hacerte un té. Mobiliario justito.
Ruido: según los vecinos que te toquen, porque de insonorización nada de nada.
Personal: Buen trato
