We have stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but we have truly never experienced a reception as warm, friendly, and personal as the one we received at the Radisson Resort & Residences Tenerife. A special thank you to Natalia for such a wonderful welcome—and for the fantastic surprise upgrade to a junior suite!
Sergio was also incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The resort grounds are absolutely stunning, and the food is of very high quality with plenty of great choices.
We will definitely be coming back. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable!

QUIET
Beautiful hotel but too quiet for me. So glad I took a good book. There is very little sun in the north which dampened my spirits. Please dont be put off if you need to just relax as the hotel has everything and is so clean and the room I had was lovely with the most comfortable bed.
Great stay
I had a wonderful experience at the Radisson Resort. The staff were great, food was excellent. It was quiet, it was clean. I would definitely repeat the experience!
