Tricky one this as although the location was 10/10 for what we wanted, the room was tired and in some cases literally worn out. The terrace cushions were filthy and torn in places and the bed sheet was also slashed and the towels washed to the point of fraying. The breakfast on the fist day was fab, the others not so, the choice was lean, the the restaurant did there best to stock up, there was not a great deal of choice, especially if you did want the sliced meats. Again it was the location that made it and the restaurants and town was interesting to explore.

What an amazing hotel. We stayed here mid March. The location is fantastic. Down a pedestrianised street with coffee shops, bars and banks with ATM. We were on the 3rd floor and very little street noise at night. The room was very clean and spacious. Modern decor. Free safe. DeLonghi coffee pod machine with a couple of espresso pods and 2 bottles of water on arrival which i thought was a nice touch. A mini fridge. Bed was comfy but the pillows are quite hard but if you ask reception, they are happy to provide softer ones. Very quiet hotel, fantastic breakfasts, buffet style. Rooftop loungers, seating and tables and then up a few more steps to the roof swimming pool. My only criticisms would be. We came at the beginning of their summer season and I personally would have had all the little snags sorted before the season started. Chips and slightly grubby paintwork. Flaking paint under the pool area. The glass balustrade around the pool was filthy from when we arrived until when we left. The shower head in our bathroom was full of limescale and several of the rubber jets were missing, glass shower screen was dirty from when we arrived. I am being quite picky here because I loved this hotel and all these things are such a cheap and quick fix and I'd hate to see this hotel go down hill for the sake of a few little things.

They just need to keep an eye on these minor bits and not let it slip.

The hotel in Tenerife was great. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was top-notch, with really good quality. The only downside was that you could hear a club nearby at night, and sometimes there were fights or disturbances right outside the hotel around 4 a.m. Also, smoking was allowed on the balconies, which meant that if you slept with the window open, the smoke often came into the room. Still, it was a lovely stay, as long as you keep those points in mind.
