Great location, good hotel with outstanding elements but better for adults than families with children.
A lovely resort, felt safe to walk round, cosmopolitan and lively evening atmosphere along the promenade, beautifully maintained, abundance of shops for all budgets and mix of traditional and fast food (shame about graffiti - minor point). Hotel was clean, reception staff very accommodating, dining staff working hard and some were friendly, daily room cleaning staff exceptional, bar staff grumpy and arsey about the number of drinks we were having at once! Evening entertainment was rubbish and not at all what was advertised on the board - which disappeared completely after 3 days. No day entertainment/activities and nothing for the kids. Pool was small and no inflatables allowed as a result. Pool bar snacks available but seemed to be leftover lunch/breakfast stuff. Breakfast and dinner was vast, with so many choices and amazing desserts, could not fault it. Probably a better hotel for couples/adults than families but a great location which we would visit again.

More for adults than families
I’m very happy with this hotel. Atmosphere was great, some staff working there don’t speak English but this was not a problem, hard working waitresses & waiters. Rooms are clean, cleaned every single day, towels changed. Location is lovely, you have shopping centre opposite that hotel. Just parking prices are quite expensive. We parked our car 15 min away from hotel, not too bad, nice to walk in this lovely weather. Food- nice choices, lots of sweets to choose as well. Good for kids, specially an ice cream corner. Thanks for nice week. I do recommend this hotel more for adults than families with small children, but we did enjoy anyway. 👍

This hotel is an absolute must..the value for money from the scrumptious food to the drinks in the all inclusive package which we had ..was incredible..nothing spared ..such a close distance to the strip.. shopping centre across the road pubs club to name a few.. Loved it!

Reading the reviews before coming I was a little bit worried that I had made a mistake booking this hotel.
Check In. Pleasant and quick arrived 9.40pm and advised to pop down and have food from the buffet that was due to close on return our key was ready.
Location Fab location close to local bars, shops and café,.
All Inclusive - Drink Typical All inclusive. Not the best I've had not the worst. Average at best.
Tip if you want Water to go to the room ask. They will give you a bottle for your room. The is no Fridge in the room.

All inclusive - Food Typical All inclusive. Food well cooked and some variety. Not the best for fussy eaters but there is always Pizza and Chips.
Hotel Dated but clean. Air conditioning in room.
Staff Some staff seem quite rude and do not treat British guests the same as other nationalities.
Entertainment Lacking - Poor at best.
Personally the hotel was average overall but served the purpose for what we booked. Short break. Would I come back for a short break possibly due to location.
I do feel the hotel could make minor improvements. The simple repairs of missing tiles in the pool. Hotel staff treating all guests the same. Entertainment actually cater to all guests.

Not coming back
Location is great. Shopping centre is across the road and a short walk down the hill to the main strip with shops, restraunts and right on the sea front which is stunning. Atmosphere is very dull. Very little going on in a day time and entertainment at night doesnt start until 9pm. Definitely would not stay here with kids. Rooms are very dated and basic. The pool is much smaller than it appeared to be on the photo and there is damage in/around the pool of little bits of tile missing which could cause a safety issue. Cleanliness was good. Could see them every morning from our balcony cleaning around the pool and the sun loungers. Food was shocking. Very repetitive and random with very little to make an actual meal with. Half of it was cold. We ended up eating out quite a few meals because we was sick of the same and repetitive food. Some of the staff were very rude. Overall this hotel was definitely not the 4 star standard it was advertised. We will return to the area but definitely not the hotel.
