Our 4-star Adult only Atlantic Mirage Suites & Spa opened on the 16th of December 2017 as a result from the complete refurbishment of the former 3-star Aparthotel Bellavista Mirador. The work took 8 months and meant an investment of 10 million Euros, consisting in the total renovation of the rooms and the general facilities, redesigning all the areas, including the elevating of the pool to street level, the transformation of the rooftop into a solarium terrace with a chill-out bar and the creation of brand new services like a complete and exclusive spa, a state-of-the-art gym, an indoor pool, an "haute cuisine" restaurant and a lounge bar. Our hotel means without a doubt a new model of hospitality in the destination.

A Traumatising Experience – Disgraceful Treatment and Serious Concerns
} ⭐ 1 STAR – ONE OF THE MOST DISTRESSING EXPERIENCES WE HAVE EVER HAD
Our experience at this hotel was absolutely appalling. We felt humiliated, unfairly targeted, and treated without basic dignity or respect.
To make matters worse, we found beetle-like insects in the bed, raising serious concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene standards.
The most upsetting part was the treatment of my disabled sister. When she explained her disability to a member of staff, she was called a liar. This was deeply hurtful and completely unacceptable.
Despite staff being made aware of her disability, we were removed from the hotel, and the police were called. We were left without safe accommodation, feeling vulnerable and abandoned.
Tragically, after being left with nowhere safe to go, we were attacked and robbed. This was a frightening and traumatic experience that made an already distressing situation even worse.
The way we were treated has also left us questioning whether racial profiling played a role. We were singled out and accused of behaviour we strongly dispute. Although I cannot say definitively what motivated the staff's actions, I believe our concerns deserve to be taken seriously.
I sincerely hope management investigates the staff's conduct, the treatment of my disabled sister, the condition of the accommodation, and our concerns about possible discrimination.
I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. No guest should have to endure such distress, and everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect, regardless of their disability or race.
This was far more than a disappointing hotel stay. It was a deeply traumatic experience that left us feeling unsafe, vulnerable, and completely let down.

This hotel is a disgrace don't be fulled by the pretty looks off the hotel the staff are disgusting they sneak into your room when you go out cleaners help themselves to your stuff don't go there unless your going to carry all your valuables with you every time you go out off the hotel I honestly think that the staff don't like us british going there they treat us differently I saw police come in there not sure why but they hat bats with them screaming in Spanish we decided to check out my friend had only just arrived I had been there 4 days should have been 10 never again would I go back there staff laughed at me when I nearly fell out my wheelchair in reception as for the food I advice you to watch the waiters with both eyes I give the food 2 this place needs to get rid off the staff there currently running your hotel and get people in there that care for your customers no matter where there from.at 71 worst holiday I've ever had in tenerife
Terrible
Really bad place avoid is a MUST no accommodation for disabled people . I observed witness the manager and and pokice throw this women out and she was crying .
Dodgy place and clothes went missing in side room
Was not a nice experience
Had a really awful stay here . The Food wasn’t worth 4 stars. Money and bank cards went missing out the room from my wallet and never received it back . Also saw a disabled lady getting kicked out of the hotel who couldn’t walk and was put onto the streets. This pulled on my heart strings as I have family members who are in the same position. To top it off the Staff were Rude . Would not come back ever again
Racist hotel
My brother and I were subjected to racial discrimination. The manager kept on slipping letters under our door accusing us of poor hygiene when I challenged this they called the police to remove us from their hotel. Stating “you people need to adhere to higene standards of our hotel. We apologised even though it was false allegations. I then said thier are big in you beds she went on to insinuate that we caused that. I pleaded with the manager asking her not to remove us from her hotel. She proceeded to call the police who turned up with battens. Following our removal we had no where to go and was mugged and robbed. I am now suffering with ptsd. Do not book this hotel if you are middle class or of colour
