This wonderful hotel in Tenerife is the best option where to spend the most fun and entertaining holidays. The airport can be reached within a 25-minute drive away. Guests can choose between chilling out in the spa, sculpting their body in the gym or sunbathing and swimming in the outdoor pool area. It is possible to do meetings, conferences and other private events in the property and host up to 700 people. The hotel provides exceptional dining and entertainment facilities, clubs for children and adolescents and an amazing Beach Club. The modern and stylish rooms are well equipped with all the needed amenities to have the most pleasant and unforgettable stay.

amazing and friendly
we are having the best time and everyone friendly from reception to dinner. fabian was amazing at the beach club answering all our questions and showing great service. first holiday and we’re always planning next years
Nice, quiet but very expensive
Initial impressions on arrival were all positive. Check in was seamless, got to our room (silver studio suite) and found it to be very clean and comfortable. There was a band playing in reception when we arrived so we looked forward to the evening entertainment for the week. The evening entertainment was over by 10:30pm every night which felt very early. We didn’t see any other entertainment during the day other than the dj sets.
On the first day we discovered Playa Paraiso is small and quiet. It would suit people that are happy just to stay at the resort and not leave. There isn’t much to do or see in the area outside of the hotel, particularly if you don’t have a car. It is almost impossible to find an on street parking space. We ended up paying for parking at the hotel which is quite expensive.
We stayed on an all inclusive basis and the food and drinks that are included were good quality but it was very disappointing to see that there was an extra charge for so many items on the food and beverage menus. Definitely didn’t feel like a premium all inclusive package. For people on a b&b or half board package the price of food and drinks was very high, for example €9 for 50cl of Heineken or €13 for a mojito.
We found that the adults only pool had a better vibe than the lagoon pool but were very disappointed to find that the swim up bars are not in use and look like they haven’t been in use for a long time. When at the pool you generally have to go to the bar to order due to a lack of wait staff. The wait on average was about 15 minutes to have a drink delivered.
Overall we had a nice week at the Hard Rock Hotel but we would likely look elsewhere for another trip to Tenerife.

Lovely stay
Great stay at the hard rock. Dave checked us in and was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Yasmina and Andrea were so kind and helpful with breakfast in the rock royalty lounge!
Best hotel
We went to this hotel on the back of recommendations. Upon arrival there was a few mishaps with our room, which meant we had to move rooms twice within 36hours. The Hotel Manager Aranantax was very apologetic and fanstastic about the whole situation.
Once we were settled the room was amazing. It had amazing views of the surrounding area. It is definitely value for money.
Hotel itself was kept clean and tidy, noise level was very quiet at night and during the day it was just right while relaxing. Overall the atmosphere was perfect
I would recommend this place.

Fabian- Amazing Bar Man/ Waiter
This was our second year coming to the hard rock hotel in Tenerife. The staff are amazing. A special shout out to the bar man/ waiter Fabian who made our stay amazing. He was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back for a third time!
