We had an absolutely incredible experience at this steakhouse last night! The food was phenomenal every steak was cooked to absolute perfection, packed with flavor, and served piping hot. The sides and drinks were just as impressive. What truly made the evening unforgettable, though, was the outstanding service. Our server, Romen, was fantastic. He was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu. Romen gave us perfect recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed without ever rushing us. If you visit, definitely ask for Romen's section. We will absolutely be back!
Amazing time at the Hard Rock Tenerife
Spent 5 nights at this amazing hotel , everything was amazing , food , rooms, pools , everything and the amazing staff Estejania, Iuan, &Mena, the were amazing, see you again Hard Rock
Great family fun! Amazing hotel and staff
What a lovely time we’ve had at the Hardrock Tenerife! The hotel is amazing, the rooms are super clean, spacious and really cool. We spent most of our time in the lagoon pool, the DJs and live music were brilliant! But the staff made it. Mario in the 3rd Half Sports bar was so fun and welcoming! Valentina, Dachi and Guilia at the Montawk were so lovely and the steaks were out of this world. A really lovely time was had.

Great hotel and facilities. Everything is spaced out so all ages can be catered to. Duanny was particularly helpful.
Amazing hotel and atmosphere
We had a wonderful time at Hard Rock Tenerife. Everything was fantastic and the staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodating. They really worked extremely hard and always with a smile and a kind welcome. Special shout out to the following people: Eleonora, Moises and Javi from Lagoon Bar. Maria, Karina, Almudena, Vittorio (who was greeting us with the biggest smile every day). Pablo, John and Daniella from Eden Pool Bar. Ivan, the bell boy who greeted us on arrival and the extremely helpful, kind and fun receptionists. The housekeeping staff, who left our room so clean and perfect for our return from a long hard day lying in the sun and playing in the pool!! Finally, Cristina from the Hard Rock shop, who was also very kind and friendly. We also had a go at kayaking, which was so much fun and the guys who trained us and took us out to sea were incredible, this was an experience that should be enjoyed by anyone and is highly recommended. This really was a wonderful hotel with amazing themed music, great entertainment, amazing pools and fantastic food, which left us all feeling very full up and satisfied. We are already planning to come back very soon (maybe next week!!!) Also, the 3rd half sports bar was great and we were lucky enough to cheer on Spain win the World Cup and beat Argentina (which was even more fun for us being English!!!). The 16th floor rooftop bar was also amazing with fantastic views and some nice dance music from a live DJ!
