Ivan and Pablo are going above and beyond with the service at the bar by the over 18th pool . Best bar staff at the hotel , always positive vibes and fast service . Well done guys
Amazing
What can I say .just got back from an amazing week at the hard rock. This was our first trip to this hotel as usually go elsewhere in the area but always thought we'd try here. I was not disappointed and found a new home. I cannot fault anything with the hotel. There is something for everyone. The food and drink are amazing the staff are attentive. 1 million percent I will be back to my new favorite hotel.hard rock you really do rock and cannot wait to return. Thank you for an amazing hokiday
30th anniversary
Montauk Restaurant-Hard Rock Tenerife - Adeje. Excellent food - complements to the chef (lobster and ribeye were delicious) and the services provided by Valentino and Romen were of a high standard very friendly snd professional- please keep up the good work as it was appreciated on our 30 th Wedding Anniversary and special touch with the dessert for our memories.

Fantastic Experience at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife!
Superb hotel with excellent amenities (including spacious rooms, excellent pools, restaurants and spa facilities) and the usual relaxed & fun Hard Rock "vibe". However, what really separates this hotel from the competition is the truly amazing customer service - from the bar staff, to the pool attendants, to the front desk, every one of the staff were a pleasure to deal with.
Very special shout-out to Arantxa and her team (including Antonio & Daniel) on the Rock Royalty floors - they were fantastic. It is people like this that will keep us going back to the Hard Rock!
