Amazing! Literally paradise & so worth the money!
One of the best hotels i’ve stayed at. Went for 10 nights with my girlfriend & we loved it.
The staff were so polite, so helpful & couldn’t do enough for you, wherever you were in the hotel (pool bar, lobby bar, front desk etc.)
Our room was UNREAL & always cleaned thoroughly. We stayed in a junior suite & it was just top. Views from 90% of the rooms are quality.
They have 2 massive pools, 1 which is a walk in shallow part & the other which is deeper. Right next to them they have a pool bar which have variety of different alcohol, cocktails, hot drinks & soft drinks.
All inclusive food at most hotels are always a bit average but this hotel had such a variety & you never got bored of it.
We spent our birthday here & they even made the effort of bringing us a bottle of whiskey & put a banner on our door whilst they were cleaning.
Being honest the location wasn’t amazing because there wasn’t much around us to walk to, you would have to get cabs or ubers everywhere but they were like 10-20min journeys. Also the entertainment of a night wasn’t the best as it was a singer every night who wasn’t great but that’s my personal preference.
Overall I’d give it a 10/10.
Even better on second visit!
Having stayed with my husband in January and liked this newly refurbished hotel, I chose to return to it with my daughter in July. I booked direct and secured a very good price. Our room was ready on arrival at midday. Check in was super efficient. The rooms are very comfortable and large with super comfy beds and bedding. We slept really well as we seemed to be in a quiet area. The A/C worked well and was quiet. Bathroom and shower also great. I can't think of a way to improve the room other than lowering the magnifying mirror as my 5ft 1 inch height meant it was too high for me! There is a large pool with plenty of sunbeds and also a quieter area away from the pool with loungers - which is the area we used. Sunbeds comfortable but perhaps a few more parasols in that area would be useful. The buffet is a lovely place to dine, both inside and out and the staff are excellent. Food varied and very good. We ate most meals here as we found the food and service better here than in the snack bar near the pool. The bar area is lovely in the evenings with excellent service and friendly bar staff. Plenty of drink choices too. Evening entertainment very enjoyable, especially the duo called B&B who do 2 nights per week. On this visit the entertainment was outside as it was warm enough but in January it was inside. Still space for dancing though! In summary, this hotel provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday.....which is why I will definitely return and have already recommended to friends who also enjoyed it. For info, the taxi to and from the airport was 40/45 euros each way. Also, there isn't much of a town to walk to so if you are looking to leave the hotel you would probably get a bus or taxi to Costa Adeje.

Great hotel and holiday
2nd visit to the Bahia. Such a great hotel to relax, unwind and chill. The gym is very good, we went every morning and the equipment is superb. The buffet food is plentiful with lots of variety as well food the cooked on demand. It was good to see Erica (Entertainment) again who provided lots of fun with day time activities. I cannot find fault at all, we have already booked our 3rd visit.

Perfect hotel
We have just come back from the most incredible holiday at Bahia Principe Luxury Resort in Tenerife, and I can honestly say it is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in.
The hotel has recently been refurbished, and it is absolutely gorgeous! Everywhere you look is beautiful, modern, and finished to such a high standard. Photos genuinely don’t do it justice.
The cleanliness completely blew us away. I have never stayed anywhere so spotless in my life. Every single area of the hotel was immaculate from morning until night, and you could tell how much pride the staff take in keeping everything perfect.
Every single member of the team was so kind, friendly, and genuinely couldn’t do enough for you. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The level of customer service was honestly the best I’ve ever experienced.
The food was another huge highlight. There was such an incredible variety at every meal, with something for everyone, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The quality was outstanding. One thing we absolutely loved was the bar snacks restaurant, where you could order freshly prepared meals throughout the day as part of the all-inclusive package. It was such a fantastic addition and meant there was always something amazing to eat whenever you fancied it.
The pool area is absolutely stunning!! It’s beautifully maintained, so relaxing, and there was always plenty of space to find a sunbed. Our room was gorgeous too, so stylish, cosy, spotless, and the perfectly air-conditioned.
The entertainment was another highlight of the holiday. There was always something fun going on during the day and in the evenings, creating such a brilliant atmosphere around the hotel. A special mention has to go to Erika and Sidney, who were absolutely fantastic. They brought so much energy, kept everyone smiling, and did such an amazing job making every activity enjoyable. They really are a credit to the hotel.
We genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing about this hotel. It was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury, relaxing getaway in Tenerife!
Time to relax
Well had 10 nights here and we really enjoyed it. We are not one for leaving the hotel when all inclusive and we were perfectly happy with the food and drink available Star ⭐ of the hotel by far is Erika in e The entertainment team. She is very good at remembering names of people and making you feel welcome to the activities,followed by Mary behind the pool bar. Shout out to one of the head waiters in the restaurant as I struggled to use the coffee machine in the bedroom as never used one. He organised someone to come to the room to show me. Breakfast in the morning could be a little more attentive when sitting down you have to get the waiters attention that you would like coffee. Reception pleasant . The bedrooms were lovely Night entertainment by musicians generally a solo or duo were to a good standard . All in all we had a nice time. If you are one for getting out and about then your probably gonna need a taxi as not much around this resort
