We stayed at this hotel from the 1-8th July, We stayed with another couple who are our friends. We have nothing but glowing memories of this place. The hotel was clean and the rooms were absolutely spotless. All the staff were welcoming and were happy to help with anything. The bar staff were incredible always making sure that if you were outside on a night that your drinks were flowing. Most importantly every evening the Chef Wei was incredible at cooking dishes on the buffet. He did everything with a smile and is a credit to the company. Carlos was also incredible at serving in the restaurant and always chatting and making sure we had the best experience. Location wise is perfect out of the hustle and bustle but a short walk away from a local bus stop to costa adeje and Las Americas. If you want an amazing hotel which is clean, quiet and relaxing definitely consider this one.
The buzz is back, I'm delighted to say. It was beautiful in January, staff as wonderful as ever, the new rooms excellent, the food and a la carte exceptional... And now, our July trip - it has exceeded expectations on every front, especially in the atmosphere. Keep the prices at sensible levels and they will come! AG
We stayed at the hotel the end of April early May for a week. We upgraded to the club section of the hotel. We were delighted with all aspects of the hotel and the club section. The staff where amazing allways there to look after you with a smile. The hotel and all areas were cleaned to the highest standard through out. Drinks where of good quality, we where allowed specialist cocktails as we were in the club section. The food was allways fresh with plenty of choice. The al-acarte resturant was exellent. There was diffrent entertainment each evening which allways went down well. It was obviouse from the amount of other guests we spoke to who had returned to the hotel again and agin it has a lot to offer. We enjoyed are stay so much we have booked a return visit for 10 days in September, Would definately recommened this hotel.
This is our first time to the hotel since refurbishment. We normally stay at the sister hotel currently being refurbished. First impressions of our stay, the room was great except the lack of wardrobes. I didn't expect to live out of suitcase so very disappointed. The buffet lacked choice, the options not as vast as the siater hotel. Lunch was always good. Gofia restaurant for lunch 5 star!! The familiar faces of staff was so lively. Warm welcomes all around. Shout out to Daniel (bar ttaff) and Mary (bar staff pool bar) and the wonderful Erika on the entertainment team. Outstanding service. I wish I could name everyone!!the evening entertainment on Wednesday and Sundays beyond amazing. They really get the guests up on their feet if you like to dance. Reception staff San Miguel very welcoming, check in was smooth and quick. Would we come again .. yes but we want to wait for the reviews for the sister hotel ehen it opens in December 2026. Overall, 4 Star for me. Adults only needs to implemented as there was 16yrs olds here!!!
First visit to Bahia Principe Escape Tenerife adult only hotel. Arrived at reception to a very warm welcome from reception staff, checkin was faultless . We then went for lunch to sample the new buffet. Wow what a difference from the old hotels restaurant, spacious bright and spotlessly clean . The food selection was terrific lots of choice . First impression told us right away we were going to enjoy the food during this visit. What a welcome we received from Manuel in the lobby bar ( the first bar man ) we got to know way back in 2007 in Costa Adeje hotel. Room :- Block 11 level 3 room 01 good location close to lift very nice decor and lovely balcony with a good view over main pool. Very comfy bed enough space for our clothes another drawer would have been handy. Shower did take a while to workout how it worked . Evening meal :- lunch was good but evening meal was outstanding with its wok station and 3 other show cooking stations with food cooked to order . So much to select from and the starter counter was amazing with a varied selection of cheeses plus tapas dishes . Breakfast :- Again great selection omelette with your choice of filling cooked to order poached eggs were great and eggy bread ( thats a new one at hotel) . Al a Carte :- very nice experience in Volcano and Gofio with full meal served to the table ( no buffet now) . Food on both occasions was very nice . Entertainment :- Animation does a great job in daytime with Erika & Sydney keeping the fun going , 11-15 game time with Erika was fun not forgetting a surprise visit from an old friend Carlos . Evening groups were varied with a few favourites from past visits , B & B , K- Nuba & not forgetting Dax Kohler . Drinks:- pool bar terrific service from Mary Morales and her team ( loved the cocktails. Lobby bar the table waiting staff were very efficient great service all run by Domingo another long time friend . Staff :- Just so many names to mention they all gave 100%. There was one sad day ! Yes going home checkout was so easy thanks to reception team.
The overall holiday experience was just what we were looking for relaxed no hassle and looked after 100% by the incredible staff. Interesting early evening music a saxophonist - fiddle player and harpist on various nights.
