- Adrian Roca Nivaria Gran Hotel

Boasting a prime location in Playa Paraíso area, right by the sea, this luxury establishment is the perfect holiday destination for families, couples and discerning travellers seeking iconic views and the ultimate in luxurious accommodation. Situated on Costa Adeje, in southern Tenerife, this hotel provides direct access to a small sandy beach. Reina Sofía International Airport is some 25 kilometres away. This beautiful property offers a wide choice of different room types, ranging from standard double rooms to the Royal Suite, featuring a minimalist décor with exclusive Asian antiques and a private terrace ideal to enjoy the sunsets and unbeatable views over La Gomera Island. The magnificent spa covers an area of 1800 m2 and offers a wide choice of beauty treatments designed to revitalise body and mind. As for the on-site restaurants, guests may choose between Spanish and Italian cuisine.
Rooms were fantastic and cleanliness and food were great in the main restaurant. My only piece of feedback is the Italian restaurant, which was extremely sub standard and gave a negative impact as the experience was so poor. Not to be able to order a pizza in an Italian restaurant was very bizarre and the quality of the buffet in there also lacking. Additionally after spending €345 in the spa, the receptionist booked the wrong times for the massages and was extremely rude when I tried to change the times to the times written on the confirmation docket.
Secluded location but Hotel offers a lot so nothing much else is needed when travelling with children, would be disappointing for couples. Cannot really call it "all inclusive", pools open quite early but refreshment amenities around the pools don't open till noon. Evening entertainment is very good but with only one person taking drink orders you can wait a long time to be served. Hotel, rooms and staff are outstanding but the service definitely needs a little attention.
One of the best hotels I have ever been in. A sum up:
If I really dig deep, the only improvement I see is: the prices for food and drinks in the hotel were higher then I am used to in the canaries and also quite a bit higher then outside the hotel.
But other then that, a carefree holiday. I would book again in a heartbeat
Well what can I say well defiantly no negatives at all. Every where is spotless, rooms a great size with massive balconies. Staff are the friendliest we’ve met on our travels. Food something for everyone the bbq night we’re just amazing. Pools we went to them all, all brilliant. Entertainment day and night something for everyone. Well worth the money we paid and we will be back. Location a bit quiet maybe for some but perfect for us. 10 min taxi ride to all water activities. Would 100% recommend this hotel.
Just what we needed, beautiful hotel, beautiful weather, excellent staff, huge variety of food, superb gym, pool, grounds and UK TV channels so we didn’t miss a minute of England in World Cup! (And lots of little kids could see Cbbeeies . Now relaxed and refreshed just what a holiday should be. Only criticism maybe a few more staff needed in the bar but it was World Cup and very busy !
