We are currently on our last day here and we have had the BEST time! Detailed review as I was nervous to come here. I’ll start with the negatives as honestly there really arent many. Negatives: We found the place to be slightly dated, the eating area looks very 80s but it doesnt affect anything at all. There was a slight smell coming from the drains in the bathroom but we just kept the door closed. The bedroom did have a ceiling fan but it still got quite warm as the AC unit was in the living area but worked amazingly! Just keep it on all day whilst youre out. Quite far from Los Christianos/Las Americas but take the 473 bus it takes about an hour (€8 for 2 people one way). No WIFI in room but this is because of their change of management. No English Tv channels due to this (but we didnt care we didnt watch any tv) Positives: Staff are very helpful and friendly at reception. We absolutely LOVED the food. Paella, Steaks, Duck, lots of things to choose from every night. AMAZING coffee cake for dessert and my bf had two self serve whippy ice creams every meal. Beds are super comfy and so are the pillows. Lots of space in the room. Cleaned everyday if needed. The pool areas are very clean, hosed down every morning and water is tested. Always sun-beds to choose from at each pool. Water Aerobics looked really fun at the main pool. Playing on the pool tables was great too but you will need €1 coins. Bus stop is right outside to get to Los Gigantes/Los Chris/Las Americas etc. Supermarket next door if needed too. Tip** hire a car from CICAR down the road its €40 for one day and explore Masca and Aguna Park!! We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wished we booked 10 days instead of 7. Thank you for having us.

We were very nervous having seen some poor reviews after we had booked however it wasn’t that bad. We had a suite with a sea view which was clean and spacious, there are plenty of sunbeds, some people bizarrely still felt the need to reserve but there was no need. We arrived on a Saturday and there were a lot of Spanish people however only over the weekend, the pool games revolved around them and it was very noisy at times this then changed to games for French holiday makers during the week. There is only one restaurant, which got very busy, however you just have to work out when it’s best for your own schedule. There was a good selection of different dishes which were regularly refreshed. All staff were friendly and efficient especially in the restaurant. Outside of the hotel there isn’t much in the immediate area but we did have a hire car so this allowed us to explore. In summary it’s a large hotel that is in the process of making improvements whilst employing excelllent staff.

As a travel agent who travelled here with my son who’s 15 months, partner and mother in law here is my honest review

Food- Pros: Great choice all around, there’s good choice for the picky eaters, and great choices for those with an open pallet. Different choices of meats, fish, vegetables and fruit at every meal. Fresh bread is also served ( all kinds of bread ) Can’t go wrong with the pastries either yummy Cons: At times the meat that was freshly cooked in front of you was overcooked, very chewy The food can get repetitive Overall i would say it’s a great buffet, and there’s so many options that i didn’t feel like it was repetitive as i was able to have different option every lunch/ night

Rooms- Pros: Big room, beds are somewhat comfortable, own fridge, the location was great, we were in the family block and did not hear any of the entertainment at night, we were opposite the family pool which was great for us. Cons: It most definitely needs a revamp, the bathroom was the worst of it, the bathtubs are very grimy, the windows are old school and in our room the bathroom one was broken

The hotel:

The hotel itself is a great hotel, it has three big pools + a small kids pool, the family pool is actually the deepest out of the three. There is plenty sunbeds , some people did reserve the sunbeds but we didn’t find it a problem to find sunbeds. especially around the family pool, there’s a little kids park and the kids club with it, there’s entertainment is okay, kept us entertained but wasn’t anything special, the bars are good, the snack bars alcoholic drinks aren’t really alcoholic i’ll be honest lol, the main bars cocktails are much better.

Cons: the whole hotel needs a deep clean, the floor around the pool is dirty, the pools floors are dirty, there’s also cracks in the pavements everywhere. again this is something that is easily solved with some work. There was a gentleman jet washing the pool area so i do believe they are making these improvements already. It’s currently rated a 4 star but i wouldn’t rate it much high then a 3 star +, by no means is it a bad hotel, it’s a great hotel, everyone is always in a great mood, staff is lovely, the area is amazing, you’re 2 minutes from shops and restaurants and about a 5-10 walk to the beach, more shops and bars and restaurants,

Be aware the area is very hilly, my calf’s were killing me by day three lol! definetely wouldn’t recommend for those that struggle with walking. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that connects you to adeje, américas and cristianos

The hotel has a beautiful view of the mountains , and just outside it is a restaurant called the view which again has a beautiful view of la gomera and the sea.

Overall i liked our stay here, despite the little things i mentioned i think this is a great budget option hotel, it has great amenities, great food, great staff and it’s in a great location. But definetely expect more of a 3 star then a 4 star.

I have also included a picture of the what’s included in the all inclusive / all inclusive plus. If you pay at the hotel for the plus it’s 16 euros per person per day. We didn’t think it was worth it giving the drinks that you get on the all inclusive
