This sublime beach hotel enjoys a stunning location on the vibrant island of Tenerife. The airport is just about 15 to 20 minute-drive away. The hotel is situated just across the promenade from a pristine sandy beach. Guests will find a selection of shops, bars and restaurants nearby, while the Magma Convention Centre is located at a walking distance. The hotel is the ideal choice for thrill and pleasure seekers alike, with an abundance of leisure and recreational facilities for guests to enjoy. Business guests are able to host meetings, conferences and other private events in the property. The rooms are cheerfully decorated in a light-hearted style, creating a calming ambience in which to relax and unwind in comfort at the end of the day.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and was very disappointed with the standard room. The room was extremely small for the price we paid and felt cramped throughout our stay. The air conditioning was almost non-existent. Although the unit was running, it barely produced any cool air, making the room very uncomfortable, especially at night. The food was also below expectations. The selection was limited, repetitive, and lacked quality, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. To make matters worse, when I asked reception for an extra blanket, the staff were not accommodating or particularly helpful. It was a simple request that should have been dealt with easily, but instead I felt like I was inconveniencing them. Overall, I don't feel the standard rooms offer good value for money, and the poor air conditioning, disappointing food, and lack of customer service meant I would not choose to stay here again.
Location is unsafe for everyone it is near veronica strip & your offered drugs everyday with obvious homeless people off their heads. horrible smell coming from a building accross the road from hotel. Smells like sewrage in the air. Entertainment each night was not good. The food was rotten, ants were crawling on the white tables at the buffet. Staff are rude and obviously hate their jobs. Kept having to ask for tiolet rolls and clean towels. Dirty shower and bin lid broken. Balcony too small and air con was not up to scratch. I would not stay here again.
This hotel is very nice, yes it is noisy at night but surely you would check before booking and see its next to Veronicas? I went out most nights and even when we didn't the noise wasn't even that bad with doors shut. The room did occasionally smell very bad but so do the sewers in Las Americas so....
Beds are nice and comfy, towels and robes changed everyday by cleaners. The balcony is very small but still a nice sea view.
The all inclusive restaurant seemed nice and clean to me and the food was typical for all inclusive standards. The payed food which you can buy at the bar is actually very nice. All inclusive cocktails are pre-mixed so not the nicest really but quite a big selection.
Yes this is in a more rough area, yes people will offer you drugs in the street but I don't see how that's the hotels fault at the end of the day.
Pool areas are great and the adults only area is very nice and quiet away from everything else, pool is freezing though! Beach is also directly opposite so makes beach days very convenient!
Some people have complained about the staff but everyone was very nice and welcoming to us! Bartenders are so nice, especially Franco he was the best in the evening :)))
Overall this was a great stay and my second time in Tenerife, this hotel was cheaper and much better than where I stayed last time.
Well what can I say! This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we just love it. We are a young couple who enjoy a relaxing environment but also love to head out for a nice meal and drinks.
On arrival, we were given a room which was a spa access room with a side sea view. Unfortunately when going into the room after a long travel day we noticed that the fridge was unclean and not useable. We raised this with the reception straight away and my goodness they were so helpful. They apologised and then kindly upgraded our room. This was such a kind gesture and made our holiday the most special. We understand running a big hotel can cause mistakes to happen so we did not criticise this one but to have such a kind gesture was amazing.
We did half board which was perfect for us as we had breakfast and then had the option to choose each day whether we wanted lunch or dinner. I would say the food was pretty good but nothing too special. I would say it’s like most buffet places at a hotel.
We did not really watch the entertainment as we went out however they did have music on, a kids disco at 8 and then other forms on later I believe but we did not see this.
One of the main things we have seen about this hotel is the location. For us it was absolutely fine. Yes Veronica’s on a nighttime can be rowdy however we felt so safe in the hotel and walking to and from the hotel also at night. Our room faced the strip and we had no issue sleeping. All we could really hear was a quiet base noise.
The pool area was beautiful and very clean and they have entertainment around the pool.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a centralised hotel with good atmosphere and luxury feel for good price
Just came back from this hotel what can’t I say about it. It definitely not a 4 star hotel. The food was poor not much to choose from. The entertainment team tried their best but seen better in a 3 star hotel the day time entertainment not long bestly volleyball i had hours at others hotels and the kids show in the evening starts early when people still eating there dinner or still getting ready Only thing good what kept me going is 3 work Harding bar staff the rest are poor one of the bar staff can’t pour out a proper pinto will definitely won’t be returning to this hotel one bit
