The airport is just about 15 minutes away by car from the complex. The outdoor pool area is simply the best place, there guests can relax and unwind under the shadow of an umbrella, enjoy the sun by sunbathing or having a refreshing swim in the pool. The roof top pool will be another level of relaxation, rest on sun lounger while sipping from a margarita or swimming in the infinity pool while admiring the view of the Atlantic Ocean. The restaurant will receive them with open arms and delight them with delicious food and tasty beverages. After a full day of fun and entertainment, the rooms decorated with bright colours, equipped with all the essential amenities and cosy beds are perfect to have a good night sleep and have an unforgettable holiday.

Enjoyable friends holiday
Nice 4 star hotel. Lovely outdoor heated pool so it's easy to get into if you don't like very cold water. Plenty of sun loungers although there is the morning rush and usual reserving of beds from very early. Rooftop pool is definitely worth booking for a day. Animation team is brilliant, shout out to Fran and Karolina for keeping us entertained during the day with aqua aerobics, foam party, music bingo and a cocktail demonstration. The rooms are good but significantly lack lighting and would benefit from ceiling lights. The corridors are also very dark and really need better lighting. The breakfast is good but lacks some basics like pots of yoghurt and the fruit station is very separate from the other stations so it took us a day or two to find. The staff at the breakfast could be a little more welcoming but I appreciate they are hard at work. Poolside cocktails and food are very good. Excellent location and overall really enjoyed our stay.
Disappointed visit
Stayed here for 2 weeks it's our 3th time to visit the hotel, we found a few changes that weren't very happy with, especially the dining room, food has become very repetitive for the 2 weeks, and it was often cold despite us arriving at the restaurant 6.30 when it opened, desserts were the same for the 2 weeks also. Pool bar was very busy with only 1 person serving until they got overwhelmed, spoke to management but got no answers 😕 definitely a lot of changes and not for the better, other regular guests had the same thing to say and doubt if they would return same as us, it's a pity as we always enjoyed staff and location . Tigotan hotel Las Americas
Having just stayed at Tigotan 14x days. Lots of positives with several negatives.
Romance room 14 days. Positive the bed was first class nice firm no spilt middle which great. Bought champagne first night thought good keep bucket get champagne supermarket.
Having took ice bucket bar- bar staff she was rude saying we as Guests ! Not allowed ICE !
Stayed hundreds of hotels. No words needed really.
Most all staff lovely very professional. Apart from one throwing bottles into room directly across our room this daily noise 1500- 1730. If want peace quiet dont stay room 552.
If we did not have plesure roof top we would have moved hotels.
Rooftop staff first class. The cafe del mar roof made this hotel.
Exclusive service good but deff not a worthy 4 star hotel 3 at best.
Cockroaches in our room 3xtimes.
Having ask cleaners daily for new towels. This is in our opinion one noisiest hotels ever stayed on. Like 18-30s hotel.
Lots of plus points but deff would not return.
The guest exp staff were outstanding as was manager Pablo they tried listen help were ever possible.
But overall for £4500 i would expect lunch and free role take drinks anywere. Plus ice should be a given at this price.

Great experience
We travelled here as a group of 6 over 3 different rooms and it was fantastic, after reading some reviews on the lead up to it I was a bit worried but I had nothing to be worried about at all.
We were half board, the breakfast was amazing no complaints , the dinner was not as great but we only ate in twice and like to go explore anyway (the restaurant attached to the hotel is 10/10 must try). The food you can order through the day at the bar was also amazing.
Sunbeds , there are plenty but you do need to be down early, the lifeguard does walk around and put a piece of paper with a time on it if you have just placed towels down to try keep them, 30 mins later the towels are moved, which is fair as some people plant their towels and do not return for hours. The pool entertainment was fantastic, every day around 2-3 activities and plenty of people involved.
The rooms, so spacious and clean, the wardrobe for your clothes was huge as well I was actually able to unpack which I never do. The location to the Golden Mile/ Strip was around a 10 min walk to both not far at all.
An extra touch too it was my birthday and I received a bottle of champagne when the room had been cleaned too.
One tiny thing that did bother me slightly, majority of flights out of the canaries are late at night, check out was 11am, they advertise late check out to 2 & 6 but were unable to accommodate at all for the 6pm over the 3 rooms we had, i'd have thought they would know the sort of flight times however we did have 3 courtesy rooms for 30 mins (for 2 people) and they hold your luggage too.
Would stay here again absolutely!

Lovely hotel
I came here for my first solo holiday and loved it. The hotel is full of couples though but luckily I made friends when I was there. Room was lovely, staff were nice (apart from one female at the reception) great location and entertainment at night was a good laugh. Would recommend although it is mainly a couples hotel!
