Hotel, location and cleanliness are all spot on. The staff however… nightmare. I was recently over staying in this hotel whilst I was going to be getting married in a different hotel during my stay. On the day of the wedding I had my father come drop off his and my brother’s suit at the hotel so they could get ready with me like you traditionally do. Come the afternoon when they came back to get ready, something that would take 15 minutes and be confined to my room only in the hotel, I was informed by a staff member that they weren’t allowed in. I asked to speak to a manager to explain, the staff member proceeded to get the manager and tell her the situation in Spanish, during this they were laughing and giggling to each other before proceeding to tell me that under no circumstances were they to get in. Now on my wedding day I had enough stress to deal with without this and especially without them laughing about it. Long story short the hotel in general is cracking but the staff are useless. Even with our late check out request it was some task. Third time staying here but won’t be back for this reason.

We stayed here during the end of June and absolutely loved our stay. We stayed for 10 days and could have stayed for longer!! We will be returning next summer too. The rooms are modern and spacious and the mini bar was refilled daily. The room was also always cleaned to a good standard. We never had an evening meal so can’t rate that however the food at the snack bar was lovely. As were the drinks and service. The breakfast had plenty options but we did prefer to eat out trying different bars. There is also a rooftop cafe and the food there is lovely. The poolside area was spacious and we never struggled for a sunbed. Sometimes was 10/11am before we got downstairs and always managed to find a couple of free beds. The pool was a perfect temperature, nice and refreshingly cool so you are comfortable in the water. There is also a rooftop pool which does come at an extra cost but it is absolutely worth it for the view!!!! We stayed in only one night for the entertainment but it was good and a lovely environment. The daytime entertainment was okay. On three days it was shows/water activities which people engaged in and that was good but the other days were just games during the day. The location is also perfect, walking distance to the strip and the gold mile. It is absolutely central to everything and plenty bars/shops, restaurants on the doorstep too. The location is the main reason we booked this hotel and it did not let us down. Unfortunately, when we were there, the hotel next door had construction which was noisy and started 8am everyday.. however we were prewarned of this but I would recommend paying for a pool view room to avoid this as it still looked like they had a lot of work to do. Overall lovely hotel, perfect location and we will be back :))

I don’t know how this hotel has 4 stars. We found it to be very disappointing and certainly not worth the price for the standard of the hotel. The reception and bar area look pleasant on arrival but once you start walking towards your room and see the filth of the carpets, walls and the dingy lighting in the hallways you’ll be shocked. The elevators are in poor condition and we were warned by other guests on arrival not to use one in particular as it keeps breaking down.

We had a pool view room which was fairly basic but would have been fine, however the bed was horrendous!! The mattress in our room had broken springs from people sitting on the both sides of the bed over a long time so was extremely uncomfortable and made it very difficult to sleep. It was severely sagging and made you feel like you were going to roll off the bed. The pillows were also very disappointing. We asked for either a new room or a new mattress the next morning. They flipped the mattress over and fitted a topper which made zero difference. Shocking experience and another awful nights sleep. We only stayed for 2 nights so it wasn’t worth the hassle of arguing with the receptionist over the bed issue any further.

The pool area was fine but most of the padded sunbeds were ripped, likely due to age. The food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was edible but nothing to get excited about.

My parents have stayed here previously and they couldn’t believe how dirty the hotel has become. Avoid avoid avoid.
