Surrounded by an extraordinary botanical garden and with excellent facilities, this establishment is the best accommodation option when travelling for business or leisure. All guest rooms are very comfortable and roomy, offering the perfect space for rest and relaxation. Standard ones include a flat-screen satellite TV and a balcony or terrace and there are accessible rooms available with a pool view. The hotel includes two fantastic outdoor pools, one of them heated in winter, apart from other services like evening shows.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with exceptional service and facilities!
Great hotel with exceptional service. The breakfast buffet was amazing, so many options from full English options such as toast, sausages, hash browns, beans, eggs (of all kinds) and many more! There is also pastries, cereals, fruits and lots of choices of fresh juice choices. There are also a few coffee machines for hot drinks. The pool is a very good size, with lots of sun loungers scattered around! The gym is also very good, most hotels don’t really have much to use, but the gym here is amazing, I used that a few times while there!

Mediocre
Nice hotel , good location, clean room and the cleaners were in every day with clean towels and clean bedding . Overall our experience was good however
There was no entertainment around the pool, seemed to struggle to find a sun lounger as must had been reserved but no one there, some parts of the hotel were inaccessible unless you were in an UP! Room we also noticed a ( few roaches dead ) but if I had read the other reviews here with them I wouldn’t have stayed here.

I had an amazing deep tissue massage with Simona..wow I felt so relaxed afterwards - to be honest it’s the best one I’ve ever had…I would highly recommend.
Hotel staff are so helpful. We’ve had a lovely experience this year :)
Great Experience
Was at this Hotel for 7 Nights and Loved this Hotel so much, all the staff from the Reception to the Cleaners were lovely, we also payed for 2 days access to the Up roof top terrace which was a great experience , my only small gripe would be that we were also able to use the Balance terrace and Unfortunately a lot of the Parasols and Sun loungers were broken which ment if you tried to go up later in the day there was very little chance of a bed. Otherwise this is a lovely Hotel and are looking forward to returning at some point

Brilliant
We had excellent stay staff very friendly food excellent entertainment on at the pool side amazing front desk can’t help you enough Andrea pia who check us in thanks we have booked our next stay at the hotel
